We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesWe found the rooms nice, but they did not look like the rooms in the pictures. They were much smaller in size. The beds were not very comfortable, and the heating made the rooms feel stuffy.
The staff and the restaurant were very good. Noah the bar tender was great. The women at the front desk were all very nice and accommodating. The spa area was very nice.

HungaryThe fully transparent glass door into the bathroom/shower room in our Suite was weird and made things sometimes uncomfortable/limiting.
Huge selection of food and all of it of exceptional quality (often organic). Super delicios and fine dining quality dinners. The wellness areas are also luxiorious with big tea and drink selection (for free). No matter what is the weather outside, you can spend a wonderful time inside the hotel with your family.

Close to the ski lift. Elegantly furnished rooms with a fantastic view of the mountains. Large enough SPA with small outdoor swiming pool. Delicious food in the restaurant
