It can not be called a “hotel”. It is the poorest quality “guest house” i’ve ever seen. Extremely expensive for what it actually is. Food is awful (breakfast) room facilities - wifi, bed, etc. awful. At least it was clean(ish). Fun fact - we received a disabeled access room, at least that was a new experience.

Parking - it is mentioned under "Most popular facilities - Parking on site, Private Parking". It doesn't say straight that you have to check availability, make reservation, etc. This is mentioned on the bottom of the page, so READ FIRST . For hotel of 200+ rooms, 20 parking places :( In the middle of August like cooling device you get FAN if you are lucky, and when you power same one dust under bed is nicely collecting in the corners of the room.

The room was very hot day and night and there was no air conditioning. Opening the windows did not provide enough air and it was only May! Although the breakfast staff was very helpful, the breakfast itself was just OK; I was surprised at the positive reviews the breakfast had obtained when I made the reservation.

Location was convenient to go anywhere else thanks to the excellent train, subway and bus system in Vienna. There are grocery stores nearby, although no pharmacy close by. The breakfast staff was wonderful and helpful. There is a place to store luggage before and after check-in and check-out.

Breakfast was always the same and cold. It was said that towels are changed every 2nd day, we stayed 3 nights, nobody cleaned our room or changed anything.

I highly recommend this hotel to couples , groups of friends or people travelling alone . The hotel is centrally located , you can go anywhere on foot but also the bus stops are close . There is a 24 hour front desk . (a big thanks to the stuff, they are really friendly). There is a super market jut below and also many restaurants just 5-10 minutes walk distance. Room was much better than the photos , spacious , clean with daily room cleaning. Amazing breakfast with big variety to choose from. Thank you very much for our pleasant stay. I would go back.

The room was old. It was too hot in it. It was written in description that fan should be in the room, but we didn’t have it. When we opened windows it was too noisy so we couldn’t sleep. Don’t recommend this hotel!

Room quality varies. The last time I stayed here I was in the main bulding and the room was modern and well-kept. This time I stayed in a room in house 2 (haus 2) and the furniture was much older and the paint was chipped. Quite disappointing given the fact that I paid the same amount for both rooms!

Location is amazing, well connected to public transport. The staff was very nice and always available for help. The included breakfast was nice
