The cleaning ladies disturb us before the the time to vacate the room. When we left the room we saw the new sheets and towels on the floor next to the door. I think the management should talk to the staff!

Location is superb. Takes only about 5 minutes of walk to Museum Quartier, which was great. Room was very spacious and clean as well. I especially loved breakfast. I don't know how they manage it, but they have everything you need! Atmosphere was rather family friendly- which I find quite nice.

If you are looking for a view this is not the best place.

This is not the first time we stay in this hotel. The cost for the value is good. It is walkable distance to the center and reasonable price for the parking. There are a lot of restaurants, grocery and a nice brewery shop near the hotel. Rooms are clean.

Central heating was set too high, it was quite hot in the room. The windows were older and were hard to open.

Perfect location, bus stop in front of the entrance, city center only a couple of bus stops away. Haus des Meeres is in a walking distance. The room had a lot of storage space and was very clean. Very good price to quality ratio. Reasonable selection for breakfast.

The one and only the biggest issue was the cleanliness. Inside wardrobe area, a used tissue was lying on floor, dirt was settled on the surface of TV, the trash cans were not having trash bags.

I liked the reception and the way they interacted with us. The breakfast was quite good and enjoyable.

I didn't like the way to go between the 2 Hotel buildings. It was confusing. No kettle.

The location was ok with the bus stop in front of the hotel. The breakfast was good. The room was spacious and clean with lots of space to store your stuff. Fast check-in.

Pillows were thin. There was a gap between two beds, as a couple guest we would rather two beds were combined.

You should be aware that it is a dorm room, so not cozy at all. If you ask for a double bed, it will be two beds pushed together, but we a hole in the middle, so it is impossible to use it as a single bed. Room is quite dark.

The location was extremely nice. It is around 15-20 minutes by walk to reach the center, really quite, supermarket in the same building. The breakfast was good, definitely try sandwich spreads, the egg was one was perfect.
