Location is near the metro and the Nashmarkt. Everything you need for breakfast. Rooms are quite spacious Receptionists are very sympathic and helpful

The room didn’t have AC. The bed linen wasn’t clean. The WiFi didn’t work the first two days.

The location was great, close to two subway lines. Amazing buffet breakfast.

Very nice location. Rooms were comfortable and clean, really everything you need. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and there is a possibility to eat outside on the terrace. There is an option to park in the underground parking but it is pretty expensive, 16 eur per night.

The rooms were too hot and the duvet was for winter and no air-con in the rooms only a fan, the bedsheets weren’t changed at all during my stay

In the closet of our room we found couple of dropped clothes (socks and some kind of t shirt) which makes the cleanness of the room a bit questionable.

The deluxe room was quite simple, but for this money it is acceptable.

The breakfast was great, a lot of options from milk products to meat options. All the main attractions are accessible by 20-30 minutes walk.

Very welcoming. The hotel had everything we needed at a reasonable rate. Very clean. The staff was friendly and approachable. Great location for visiting the inner city. Nice neighbourhood.

The only problem we had was the street noise late at night and early in the morning (room 407). I guess it depends on which room you stay in.

The location of the hotel was perfect. It was walking distance to the main spots in all directions. The room was clean and spacious with many cupboards and shelves. Breakfast was more than enough with fresh options. The staff was kind and helpful. The only reason I didn't rate them "excellent" is that we didn't have many occasions requiring their assistance, which is good I guess :)

Great location, very good breakfast, large selection of different meals. Room was clean. There is a supermarket in the same building and spacious parking (you can ask for extension of parking time by paying a little extra, but it lets you explore the city with the car safely parked on the day when you have to check out). Very nice personnel working at the reception. Hotel is also very close to one of the biggest food markets in Vienna.
