The door was too heavy and it was quite hard for me to open the door as I am a wheelchair user. The room I stayed had a fridge, but it didn’t work.

The place was really clean. The room was big and it was perfect for a wheelchair user like me. The staff was really kind and helpful, I got some issues during the stay but the staff did help me a lot. I do appreciate it.

Center of everything, grocery next to the hotel, asian restaurant across the street. The employees especially the front desk were sooo helpful and kind .We left our baggage for 10 hrs and they let us stay in their lounge for hours before start traveling.

Good location and easy to get around the city. Clean rooms. People on the reception were very friendly and helpful. All issues were solved in no time. Special thanks to breakfast team for their work and assistance. It’s not easy to be allergic, but they made a great effort to provide everything that was necessary. Thank you.

Bathroom could do with a clean and up dating. Black mould on the tiles and the outside of the shower frame needs a good clean. Other than that the room was spotless.

The hotel is in an ideal location for visiting the many sights close to the Hofburg and the museum quarter. The U4 line is just 5 minutes wall away. And the state opera where you can board the Hop on Hop off buses is about a 15-20 minute walk away. Plenty of places to eat nearby , especially near the Naschmarkt. Good choice at breakfast.

Cold room even though the heating was on. Floor was cold. The curtains couldn't completly hide the light from the outside.

I had everything I need. Location was next to the venue where my event was held. The other guests were quiet. Breakfast was good.

The location of the hotel was perfect, very close to the city center even by walking and also by subway and busses. The room was clean and cleaned every second day. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was more than perfect, I repeat, more than perfect. The personnel was very nice and helpful.

The room, breakfast, attitude of employees, location I mean everything was wonderful about this hotel. You can find markets (hofers, billa, dm), restaurants or cafes around of the hotel. Also U BAHN is really close so you can go downtown or wherever you want easily. In addition to this the most beautiful thing about this hotel there is a baggage room so you can live your baggage after you check out. I can recommend everyone this hotel, go and discover Vienna😊🤗
