Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

TurkeyThe location of the hotel, the breakfast, cleaning was great.. It's so close the tourist attractions and you don't need to get on a bus or train to get most of them. The breakfast was good, you have many options according to.your diet. And when I told the staff that we would leave at an early hour before the breakfaat starts, they prepared breakfast bags for our journey for each person in our group. That's the kindest attitude ı've seen from a hotel staff. Thanks a lot, we are grateful.

United KingdomThe wifi was just terrible. They had a strange system of usernames and passwords, that can only work on one device. And even if you connect from one device, If you need to work and make a lot of videocalls, this hotel's wifi is just not gonna work for you. After one day of hopeless attempts I had to book a coworking space not to get fired 😅
The hotel is fine, the rooms were very clean and warm. The staff was nice and helpful. The location is just great. And they have a very good breakfast!

RomaniaWe cannot really complain of something. Really ! Everything meets our expectation.
Everything was excellent for us. Starting with the helpfull staff members and finishing with an extraordinary breakfast. The hotel is located excelent, near the largest shopping area (Mariahilfferstrasse), has a parking place (paid, but reasonable). We cannot get out of our minds the breakfast with smiling and helpfull staff and various types of food, including gluten free and vegan products. Thanks again for a lovely staying at your hotel.

This hotel is a good deal. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Location is close to the historical center. My room was cleaned every day. The room is clear and nice. Even thought the room is not big you have a lot of space for your stuff. You can also work as you have a table in a room.

Sweden- Street noise (and possibly fumes). Gumpendorfer Straße is very busy, with cars and buses going past constantly. Our room was on the fourth floor facing this main street. It was winter, so no problem as the windows were decent, but had it been too warm to keep the windows closed at night this would have been a problem for us. My understanding from the layout of the building is that there are rooms that aren't directly on the main street, though, so that could be worth enquiring about if you're concerned. - It would be great if the rooms at least had a kettle and two mugs, even if it was BYO teabags! A mini fridge as well to store snacks would be even better. Since you can't make drinks or store food, this hotel is obviously only suited to short stays because you have to eat lunch and dinner out. - The definition of a "standard double room" was a little unusual. We thought it would be a double bed (i.e. a wide bed for two people to share, sleeping in the same sheets). It turned out to be a single frame but containing two individual mattresses with a gap in between, each having their own bedding. Must be an Austrian thing. I guess if you're sharing the "double bed" with your significant other, you could stick your leg over the gap during the night if it gets lonely! ^_^ - The TV in the room didn't have any channels in English, but it turned out to be rather fun to watch Futurama in German! >_<
- This place was kind of a mix between a hotel and a hostel. The room was basic but pretty clean. Would be good for tourists who are going to be out all day exploring (as we were) rather than wanting a lovely room to chill out in. - Great central location, it's about 15 - 20 mins walk from the city centre but cheaper than the hotels that are right in the centre. - Huge shopping area (Mariahilfer Straße) right nearby with supermarkets, department stores, chemists, eateries etc. - The breakfast buffet was great (6:30am - 10am), although I highly recommend going early. It was lovely and quiet when we went each morning around 7am. When we walked past around 9am/9:30am it was way too busy and noisy. - Small but well-stocked SPAR supermarket right next door, although note that the opening hours could be considered limited compared to standard hours in some other countries (closes 8pm weekdays, closed on Sundays!). - There is a Big Bus (hop on hop off bus) stop right across the street from the hotel's main entrance, although it was hard to notice because at the time of our stay there was construction going on so the sign was obscured. The Big Bus has two routes, blue and red. The one that goes past the hotel is the blue one, and the main attraction on that loop is Schönbrunn Palace. I guess you could also take the metro (from Kettenbrückengasse station, 4 mins walk away), which would be a lot cheaper if you aren't interested in all the other sights.
