Maybe I'm picky. But at a stay of 4 nights not to change bed linen and towels does not seem ok to me.Also on the last day I remained the face of liquid soap. That's in the situation where I left a cash paycheck on the bed every day

We asked at the reception if we could sit on the terrace to have a glass of wine to review our opera visit that evening. This was granted, and so we escaped our rather hot room, only to be told by a somewhat harried staff member that we must leave immediately because it was after 10 pm, and that was the rule. Only after we moved into an empty public seating space inside to avoid carrying a filled wine glass back to our room, did he explain that the terrace had previously been abused by drunk teenagers. Unfortunately, the hotel doesn't have the staff to provide a system that would allow two elderly women to sit there and talk quietly while discouraging offensive behavior at the same time.

Great location: right by a tour bus stop, constant bus feed right in front to tram and subway. Naschmarkt is a block away, plus heaps of very good restaurants/bars along the street itself as well. Everything in this hotel is about simplicity and efficiency, with a reduced design that couldn't possibly offend anyone's sensibilities, and a friendly and helpful staff that mostly stay in the background until you need them.

Could pay more attention to cleaning, but essentially it’s a student house so makes sense it’s not entirely sterile. Overall it’s fine, sheets, towels were clean, but on the walls in the bathroom there was dirt, the remote control for TV was absolutely disgusting.

Excellent location, walking distance from all the main sights. The staff was super nice and kind, the breakfast had both hot and cold varieties- good value for money overall.

It is good budjet hotel near historic downtown of Vienna. So location is perfect) Hotel has his own parking so you can east and safety park you car for 16,5 euro per day. Room is very clean and also very good breakfast. One more, in hotel there is beatiful terrace where you can enjoy mornings coffee

There was no mini fridge in the room, so nowhere to keep drinks or food cold. The weather was already quite warm and there was no air conditioning, so the only way to sleep was with windows open. Unfortunately, as the location is really in the centre of the city, this meant it was really noisy, with cars and buses running down the street all night, as well as people shouting into early morning hours (and we stayed here between Monday and Wednesday, not weekend). Also, there is some building construction going on opposite the hotel, and they start at 7am, so we virtually did not get any sleep.

The location is great, very close to the centre and Mariahilfer strasse. The breakfast was good, standard continental breakfast. Room was nice and clean.
