The curtains of my room were weird. They looked more decorative than functional. Even if the window had plastic shades, this didn't cover the light sufficiently. If you are sensitive to light this may be problematic. Also, the hotel has few parking spots. They are free, but this means if you cannot find a spot you need to park in Leoben, which is quite expensive.

The place is nice and the staff is gentle and welcoming. The breakfast was really good, the best one on my short Austrian trip. The hotel is in the center of Leoben, so it's very convenient

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is nice and close to the city center with very good access to almost anywhere. Also, the parking is very close.

I am a long time fan of the Kongress Hotel for so many reasons. It remains my pick as the softest bed in Europe and the most perfect sleep! The hotel staff is excellent and I really enjoyed getting to speak to them and to discuss about Leoben! Great showers with lots of hot water and super clean rooms. I needed a place to prepare a presentation - and the room was perfect for that as well. Thank you to the whole staff for such a absolutely wonderful stay!

It was a bit noisy due to the bar next to the hotel, but I noticed it only because of how quiet the nights are in Leoben in general. It did not affect my sleep.

I always praise how clean Austrian hotels are and it was not an exception. Clean room, soft beds, fast wifi, delicious breakfast, central location.

Room was too hot (late November, and near zero centigrade outside). Radiator temperature setting seemed to be ok - but room air temperature too warm.

Check in staff (Mo) was very friendly. Very good breakfast buffet. Convenient location near town center.

Nothing to complain, a really good place to stay in Leoben

The room was nice and very clean, with small sweets on the bed to await me upon check-in. The breakfast buffet was rich and has everything in it - very enjoyable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the location is right in the middle of the central place. About 10min walking distance from the train station, and less than 2min to a lot of nearby cafe's and restaurants. The bathroom was also nicely large, so enough room for two people to do their morning wash at the same time.

The pillows were abit uncomfortable but other than that it was all perfect.

Beautiful friendly staff who are willing to go the extra mile to help. Location is right in the city centre street. Clean rooms and the gosser room had beer on tap it was so cool.

They should put up more information notes in the halls and elevator, for an example guiding signs telling you where to go. Not many signs in english which makes it hard for non german speakings. The air vent / fan filter in our bathroom has not been changed in a looong time, not a big thing but visually looks disgusting. Understandable that the Hotel doesn't have lunch or dinner since there is quite a few restaurants close by. If you have a really big or high car which we had, it's not possible to park in the underground garage next to the hotel, and there is only 5 parkings right outside the entrance.

Very authentic german/austrian style on the hotel which I liked. Good rooms in terms of space and condition. Nice and comfy beds. Possible to open windows. Our room missed an air conditioner but the other rooms had. Mini bar available on the room. No problem with Wi-Fi. Good cleaning everyday with new bed sheets and towels. Very fresh toilets. Good amount of wall outlets. Did not try the breakfast enough since we left early mornings but looked good and big.

our room was not carpeted which made it feel cold and uncomfortable. we noticed the rooms on either side of us had carpet so not sure why we got a bare linoleum floor.

The location is near shopping and the large town square. about 20 minutes from the train station. The staff were lovely as breakfast was outstanding.
