Netflix wasn't working, the minibar was not complementary. But this is really nitpicking, I highly recommend this hotel!

Great location! right next to the stephansplatz, which makes it close to public transportation, restaurants, and many of the city's attractions. Beautiful rooms and very friendly and professional staff, excellent breakfast.

They didn't have double beds and double blankets. They were two singles which was odd. It can be quite noisy if you leave the window open, but not otherwise.

Fabulous location just behind St. Stephens Cathedral, large rooms and bathrooms. Complimentary tea and coffee and chocolates on our pillows daily was an added bonus!

Super location in the centre right next door to the Mozart house and 50 m from Stephan Platz. Charming hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Large, comfortable and tastefully decorated room. Excellent breakfast.

Access into and out of the over bath shower was tricky! Maybe that was due to our age.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. The room was lovely and the only minus point is it had no real natural light or outside window. Breakfast was a a little basic - not much variety - but what there was is very nice. The hotel has great character, loved the feel and atmosphere, the features and decorations.

There was something there giving us allergies (when none of us is allergic to anything). We would arrive at the room and our throat would close and felt like we were getting a cold, and as soon as we left to explore Vienna we felt better outside. It happened 3 days in a row so probably not a coincidence.

The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, spacious and the staff are really nice.

Wi Fi is weak , very slow . Also housekeeping didn’t properly do the work . For example: sometimes didn’t bring right amount of towels and shampoos/showers gels/conditioners . It needs to be improved a bit

The price 700 euro I paid by this amount I could stay in marriot but I have seen very nice pictures of rooms in the booking site which I didn’t find in the property and bed were bad

The toilets are malfunctioning every day, we complained and they said they fixed it, took the towels off the floor and returned them to use (the towels that were thrown on the floor were marked)

The Air conditioner was far too small for the room. The breakfast was not up to my expectation, Rolls were not fresh, Bacon and Eggs not hot. Also the variety of Breakfast items was very limited. The price charged for the room is excessive and in no way reflects the quality of the rooms or the service. Very disappointing.

The location is very central to the centre of Vienna. Spacious room and comfortable Bed's.

The bed was a single (my fault for not checking) and I was told it wasn't possible to pay for an upgrade even though there were two of us sharing the room, which was disappointing. The woman at the front desk told me to come back the next morning at 7 a.m. to see if her manager could do an upgrade...which wouldn't have done any good at that point, as we would have already spent the night. Kind of a strange interaction.

Nice, clean room in a good location--it's near just about everything, but located on a quiet street. The hotel's decor has sort of an old world charm.
