The staff was extremely friendly and gave us tips on what to do in the area. The food was great! The rooms and facilities were clean.

There is no air conditioning, the room was stuffy and we had to open the door to the balcony, because of this mosquitoes flew in and prevented us from sleeping. No fridge in the room.

Personal was very nice, thanks everyone for it: girls on reception, barmen, cleaners. All of them was very kind and friendly. The atmosphere in the hotel very cool and friendly.

I stayed here one night when participating in Mondsee Radmarathon. The hotel provided a lot of perks including early breakfast, free post-race shower and the ability to leave a car in the parking for the race day which really helped a lot. The rooms and facilities are modern and clean. Nice hiking opportunities around and a beautiful scenery are nice additions.

The Pool and the view. The breakfast and the dinner quality! The room is a nice one. Queite luxury bath! We are satisfied!

The water in the swimming pool was not heated as described.

Spacious and modern room with a nice view to Schafberg. The sauna area is simple but nice and quiet. Good breakfast buffet with some regional or homemade products. Great location between the Irrsee and the Mondsee.

There were many mosquitos in our room after our arrival but after a little fight we won and we could sleep normally :)

The hotel staff is really friendly, smiling and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely superb!! Many many choices we enjoyed it!

No air-conditioning can be very challenging on a warm day. We had keep doors open to get some air moving in the room between corridor and balcony.

Very friendly place, wonderful views, excellent food. Modern place with swimming pool, good parking, and charging station for electric cars. Located in the countryside, 5-10 minutes by car from lakes. Very pleasant stay and many thanks to the great staff.

We killed 10 flies in our room and we didn’t even have a window open.

The view from the terrace where we had drinks was great, and the breakfast was out of this world with so many wonderful offerings. The bartender and people at the desk couldn’t have been nicer.

The description was misleading. We were expecting the hotel.to be on the lake as it offers a private beach. This is not really fair or accurate as the beach is at another hotel on the lake. This was disappointing. We would have had to drive again to the lake after such a long day driving anyway. Also there is no minibar in the room or any bottles water on offer. This should be addressed to improve the guest facilities.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant offer a very good choice, breakfast us amazing ..Our room.was brand new, just about finished in time i would.say. Great location for.those on long journeys as it sits 5 minutes from the motorway in a peaceful little village a few miles east of Salzburg with mountain views. Note: this hotel is not by the lake The private beach belongs to another hotel which is on the lake Mondaee.

There is no air conditioner. We had a very hot day about 30 deg and the heat in the rooms was unbearable. It was a fan in every room but still it was hot. It has no elivator (it was not a problem for us).

The rooms and the hotel are sparkling clean. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is excellent. The facilities (kids playground and pool were very useful). Good location outside Wien (30min drive to the airport). Big and free parking place.
