Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Too little sunlight due to high hedge in front of and walls either side of the window. Bed uncomfortable. But, having booked the least expensive, single room I was not expecting luxury.
Excellent breakfast buffet. Great swimming pool. Well appointed bathroom with nice shower. Slippers and bathrobe provided for use in the spa area and towels replenished after use at the swimming pool.

Great location, close to the slopes and easy walking distance to Zell am See. Lovely hotel, with great facilities and such friendly, helpful and professional staff . The quality and choice of the food is excellent.

Maybe a bit more cleaning to the room carpets.
The entire hotel was really nice. Amel, the waitter was very kind and very focused on customer service. I am really pleased with his service to the table and attention to detail. Thank you

The dining room has a spartan look and feel. Food is good!
Friendly hotel, great wellness, very modern compared to the rest of the hotel with large sauna’s and sufficient beds in resting area. 10 minute walk to Areitbahn skilift. Skiroom with heated storage for skiboots. Free parking garage with charging facilities for electric cars. We had a great stay.

Soups are too spicey for our kids. Otherwise, food is excellent..
Great location, excellent food, excellent staff. Garage parking is great, easy to get in and out with car for daily trips.. Great location in combination with Summer Card is great for exploring lake and mountains with kids. We stayed in Junior Suite, which is great for family with 2 kids.

Staff both at the reception and in the restaurant (with a special mention to my fellow Hungarians:) were extremely nice and helpful. Cleanliness of the room was also a huge positive.

Reservations at breakfast. All the tables were reserved, even though no one was sitting. The staff said that these were reservations for hotel guests and that all the tables were reserved. I was also a hotel guest, but they took me to another room. This is a flawed policy. Bad mattress.

No air-condition available in the room. Little far from the center, you need a car.
It is high standard hotel. With all you need are available. And free parking available.

I've got probably the worst room in the building: it was a rooftop room with almost no natural light, fresh air. On the pictures a normal room was visible. They should list this room separately from the normal rooms. Also the bed wasn't very comfortable for me.
It's a nice place to stay.

The setting for breakfast was not a good experience. We were a group of 6 and they couldn’t find a table for us although half of the dining area was empty. They clam it’s reserved. After waiting for some time they let us sit on a reserved table, which doesn’t make sense to us.
The hotel is clean and they have excellent reception and service!

It was bit stuffy with the balcony door closed.
Best breakfast in any hotel I've stayed. Beautiful garden. Nice pizza/salad/pasta restaurant if a formal meal is not desired. Good sofa bed for a child.
