It was very pleasant for us. Perfect is the Summer card that we got from hotel. It can use for many activities and for visiting many interesting places for free or with some discount.

United KingdomThe location of the hotel was about 2 miles from the centre of Zell am See but there were local buses or you could walk in by the lake.
Nice room with a balcony & view, bathroom warm & clean, good shower. Good choice for breakfast although the hot food was not kept very hot. Free secure parking. Bar & restaurant in the hotel. We did not use the spa or pool. Susannah on reception was excellent, friendly & welcoming, gave us lots of useful information.

Everything was great. Though, i would to suggest to provide a luggage service that can help guests when arriving and leaving since they are coming from long trip. As well as providing of comfortable and convenient experience at latini Hotel. Also, i notice that room service only organizing room during stay, they are not cleaning the room. However, those points doesn't mean that my stay in Latiny hotel was not good, but jusy to give notes which helps to improve the guests experiences. Furthermore, all staff where very kind. Only one Man at the front disk wearing glasses who is usually be there around 12 PM until 9 or 10 at Evening, looks like he is not welcoming and not cooperative. However, I will recommend any one going to Zell am see to Saty at Latini Hotel.

Czech RepublicUnfortunately the extra bed was very uncomfortable and it was impossible to get a good night's sleep. We also missed having more options for hanging bathrobes, towels and swimsuits after the spa. For 2 people this would probably have been sufficient but not for a family.
We were satisfied with our stay. The staff was very friendly and whenever we needed something, they were always willing to accommodate us. (We send our regards especially to Jasmine). Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Everything was always replenished until the end. Great spa, 3 types of saunas, clean and quiet. Summer Card was a wonderful addition to the accommodation. Parking in the underground garage with plenty of room.

United KingdomIf you pay in advance for a dinner here, you still have to pay for any drinks you have with dinner. For breakfast, this is not an issue- they have free water, fruit juice and coffee. However, for dinner, they remove the fruit juice and water machine and will not even provide tap water. To put this into perspective, for one adult and three children, expect to pay around 25 euros per night for non alcholic beverages. The only genuinely friendly and sociable waiter tried to help us get round this but was restricted by procedures.
Food was very good and presented by chefs who obviously care about what they do. Reception is busy but tries the best they can.

PolandThere was a coffee machine for coffee-capsules, but for a 3-night stay for two persons we received only two capsules. Additional capsules were extra-paid. In our opinion, if there is a coffee machine in a room description, the capsules should be simply refilled by room service (this is how it works in other hotels where we have been). In the fitness room the machines were OK - well maintained but rather old. The swimming pool was cleaned by cleaning service while being used by guests. Quite unusual that someone is vacumming or cleaning shower cabins while others are „enjoying” wellness area… Besides skiing, the area does not have a lot to offer in winter time. Many pubs/restaurants are closed, so beside the hotel’s pizzeria, there are not many alternatives in walking distance.
Staff was nice and helpful, the swimming pool was quite big. The saunas-area was nice as well. The hotel is in a walking distance to train and bus stations.

PanamaThe weather on September during my trip was cold and rainy, my room had a balcony so it was freezing and the heater was not warming enough. At reception they were nice but kept on saying the heaters were working fine, they gave me an extra blanket, they tried getting me a warmer room but every room in hotel has a balcony so there was not much they could do. I spent most time near the spa and restaurants where it was warmer. I preferred my stay the day before at their sister hotel next door where you could choose rooms without balcony and heaters really worked.
Clean and good size bedroom. Very good breakfast and dinner. Hotel with good location and they included Zell am See Card. Staff was nice.

FinlandThe hotel was too big for our taste. We visit the Austrian Alps every year but have always stayed in smaller and more intimate hotels before, and after this stay I have to say that they are more to for our taste. Dinners did not meet our expectations. There was potential but the quality of the food, the right maturity, etc. fell short every evening. In the outside temperature +27, the hotel room was very hot. Of course, we knew in advance that our room was not air-conditioned. However, it was impossible to keep the window open because of the nearby road and church bells. Otherwise the drinks were reasonably priced but the beer was expensive (5,40€ 0,5l) and only German beer available. I expected to have Austrian beer as well.
The spa area was nice and cosy. The Summer card option was a fantastic bonus. The hotel's green policy worked very well.

United KingdomRoom did not have air conditioning and was stifling. Radiator was even on low setting in the middle of summer. You could make available an example menu for your D,B&B choice. Was surprised on limitation for main course and desert.
