Clean and meeting my expectations

I arrived at the hotel at 9 am. My reservation was for the previous day and I had been billed accordingly. When I asked the person at the reception that I am here to check-in. He didnt bother asking any questions but immediately told me that check-in time is 3 pm. I had to then ask him to please check the system and then I got the room. The room was advertised as having "window with city view" I was on the 4th floor the window was in the slanting roof and the only visibility of the city was if i stuck my head out of the window. The bed was uncomfortable. The pillow was terrible and when I looked inside the pillow case the pillow was dirty. There is no central air-conditioning that is understandable however to make up for the heat there was very noisy portable unit. which was noisy enough to disturb my sleep multiple times.

The location was good. The hotel is right next to walking distance to a mall and right next to the danube river which had many pleasant areas to sit. The washrooms and room was generally clean and well kept

I arrived very late in the night and I found out there is no parking for me. Which was huge problem having two bicycles.

Room service wasnt daily and the room did not have air conditioning, which made the summer days unbearable. Room requires modernising.

It was located very close to a shopping Mall and walking distance from the train station.

Don't you even dare to check in 20 minutes before 3pm! Because they do not want to stress out the housekeeping..... To he honest, that was a new one for met to hear that excuse! However, the cleaning of the bathroom should stress out the housekeeping as it was disgusting! But there were more little things in this hotel, in my experience, a hotel guest must feel like being or coming at home and this hotel certainly didn't!

They should provide at least water bottles in rooms.and don’t put drinking glass in toilets to drink water.Thats too weird

The elevator could be bigger... Same with the shower.

It was a nice location. Close to a lot of transportation options. Nice to have breakfast included. Friendly staff.

I liked the hotel.

I booked the hotel due to its nearby location to my venue (UNO city). The hotel is located up to 20 minutes away both by metro (1 station) and on foot to teach the UN, the district seems to be safe and quiet. The bed is comfortable. I liked very much the welcoming and helpful attitude of the hotel staff. The breakfast was amazing - enough big choice of dishes (eggs, bakery, ham, salad, fruits, coffee, juices, etc.), and everything was delicious.

There is no AC, but the big fan is provided, also my room was next to the street so it was a bit noisy. Luckily I had earplugs.

The location is great, just next to the Danube river and the beach, the staff was great. The hotel is just accros Billa and McDonalds with close tram and Ubahn connections to the city center.

WLAN was offered when i booked the room, there was 0...0 WLAN in this room. (61), on all 4 days. If one offers it with this price, why isn't it available? There is no airconditioning but at least a fan in the room, but this is loud so you can't use it while sleeping. The public transport is just at the hotel, with its benefit and disadvantages.

AC unit is a mobile one and was jerry rigged to work with new buttons. Also unbearably loud. Parking by the hotel costs €15 (!). Weekend parking is free on the street so that's an alternative.

Very good breakfast with plenty of options. Good location, close to the U-Bahn station. Typical viennese hotel, good in most regards, relatively good price/quality ratio.

The room was very basic. No AC so it got really warm in the room.

Breakfast was nice. The hotel is a 600m walk from the U-bahn.
