I found rooms rather dark and would prefer to have lamps with stronger bulbs.

Breakfast buffet was abundant. All staff is exceptionally kind and helpful.

I strongly not recommend to visit this place by car and with kids. We were cancelled to get parking reservation (is was importait especially all parkings around hotel we closed due to rennovation and we even didn't get good advice where to search it and it took more than 30min to find a place). Additionally we vere cancelled for the extra bed for our 5 years old son, actually i don't understand why. In the small room was hot (no air conditioner, you need to know it for summer season) and it wasn't quet because active traffic was around thehotel during all night and even in early Sunday morning.

When I arrived on Sunday the 19 I found 2 young young men who seemed not very welcoming. The hotel had an early check-in option, which they failed to provide me with, despite giving it to gentleman in front of me. They promised to call me in 10 minutes, which they never did. They walked around as if nothing has happened. . I arrived at the hotel around 10 am, and had to wait in their lobby until 3pm, for check-in

I did ask for one thing. And one thing only. A quiet room. And was told I'm getting one facing the inner courtyard. Only it turned out that there was a drink dispensing booth in same yard, about 15 meters from my window. With merry and loud conversations and lots of tobacco stink way past my bedtime. And the service entrance was practically under my second story window. Very conscientious staff arriving around 4.30 am and sharing loudly all the fun they had the day before. Three nights with earplugs.

They did let me in after 3 pm. And the breakfast was quite good.

Everything was good, however if the outside temperature would be very high, then it would be a problem to sleep at night, because conditioner works very loud and outside is very noisy too, so to open the window wouldn't be an option. Other than that, the room was very clean, bed was quite comfortable as well. So all in all, I have no complaints.

The elevator did not work most of the time.

It was a really great deal, close to vienna international cente. Rooms were very very clean. Kind and helpful staff. The breakfast was amazing, they had everything you would want for a good meal.

Good hotel, small rooms, small beds, good service, location close to shoping mall and many restaurants. They also serve breakfast. Tube station 5 min walk. Would recommend this property for sure.

Nothing I can think of. We were happy with our stay at the Lenas Donau Hotel.

The staff was very helpful and polite. We received a lot of useful information before arrival. The room was very neat and clean, and was serviced on every single day of our stay. The mattress and the pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was nice and there were various options to choose from. The hotel is located very conveniently between two stations of the U-Bahn (Alte Donau and Kagran) and it is very easy to reach the city center. It is also very easy to reach the hotel from the airport, using the airport bus line VAL 3 - on the way to the hotel, the bus stops within 5-10 mins away, and the bus stop to the airport is just in front of the hotel. Overall we had a pleasant experience!

-A little communication gaps but it all turned out well. -When the booking was made, the additional charges for baby bed was not mentioned, but then I got a message about additional charges, may be it is good to mention it while making the booking.

-Beautiful room, with a comfortable bed. -A recliner, table and perfect lightning. -Spacious well equiped bathroom. -Courteous and welcoming staff , very helpful. -Reception availale round the clock. -Good breakfast -Perfect location with Tram right outside the front door, and U-tuben at a short walk with a lovely view

Location was very good with regards to availability of public transport. The lobby is good size. Internet available all the time throughout the hotel.

Rooms nothing except a bid and a wardrobe. No fridge, very small TV with 6 German channels. The room on ground floor was extremely noisy due to proximity to restaurant. Very poor value for money.

Very comfortable parking in the yard. Hotel is located near tram and metro stops, good connection to old town, grocery store and McDonald`s across the road. Nice place near the river. Very good with bigger dog(Golden Retriever), carpets on the floor, elevator and side door to the street for going out with dog. Looks better inside than outside, so never judge by the cover :) Breakfast was exceptional, never seen that much choise, even little automatic pancake machine :) Parking and pet costs extra, but it is worth it. We had triple room and we were 2 adults + 1 kid + dog, was totally fine + nice view to the street. We will use it again, really good stop for cartrip with family.

The TV is not possible to watch from the bed cause a cupboard is in its way. One channel "Pro7" is always cutting off which is the "most useful" channel out of the ~10 channels. There was also a construction site in front of the room on the street and they were working from 2am to 4am.... I was asking not to have a room close to the elevator.. it was the 2nd room in front of the elevator.

Ground floor room. I was order a double bed and I was getting a Twin bed. Food is terrible in the restaurant. I found used pills in the room (on the floor) and beds were dirty. Every mornings I got a nice wake up from workers using hammers at 2m from my window. Breakfast is OK but nothing special. Wien is far better to offer.
