Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I didn't have anything to say I didn't like, I could only say that you should be careful when you reserve room as a couple to have a double bed...because I wasn't careful and I had 2 single beds and we had to join them but unfortunately, I still sleep separately because they have wood all around and the mattresses cannot be joined ... but how I say I did not give attention to this detail...I cannot say that it is something I did not like ...
it was easy to travel by public transport, there was a supermarket and even a McDonald's across the road from the hotel... the Danube river is nearby, you can walk... you can even go to a restaurant and cafe near the river

The beds were a bit uncomfortable. The mattresses weren't in great condition, but one of them was clearly worse then the other.
The room was nice, clean and quiet. The staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast is very good with wide variety and the time window is quite long (6:30 - 10:00). We could easily set the temperature of the heating to our liking, the maximum was quite warm.

my room is at 4th floor under the roof, the bed was small although comfortable
the breakfast is very rich, the room is very clean. the position is good, near the metro station.

My personal experience wasn't bad ,but my friends one well , to go in Wien in November and have no heat or hot water for 4 days that doesn't sound like a good experience to me ,the reception didn't do anything about that hopefully she'll get the money back as I don't think that's fair

It would be nice to have a free parking in the hotel area
It’s easy to find a public transportation that’s pretty much close to the hotel. Also, you can easily find a parking spot near the hotel (I used “Easy park” app). You can also use the hotel parking space but have to ask for it on the reception, 15€ a day. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, you have a free Wifi. There’s a McDonalds across the street so you can always get something to eat. It’s clean and comfortable to spend a couple of nights.

I wish I had a kettle in my room.
Very friendly staff who offered me boiled water for my tea whenever I asked. It was very reasonably priced.

Walls were very thin, heard people all the time in the corridor and below us. We only had hot water on the evening of our last day. Mattresses had stains, and were old enough that they were not very comfortable to sleep on anymore.
Check in was quick and efficient, as well as check out. About an 1hr:45 min walk from the center, and there was also a train you could catch near the hotel to make it quicker

We got to the hotel 15 minutes before the check in time and we couldn't get the key. I understand it was not the official time to check in, but any other hotel would have checked us in.
The facilities are actually very good. When you see the hotel Falcade you don't expect what there is inside actually. The breakfast is very good. Very good value for money.

The room is very simple. There is no mirror in the room. The closet is very, very small, although the room itself is standard. The bed was not comfortable. The room is not cleaned every day. There is no kettle in the room. Walk to the metro in 10-15 minutes. There is a store nearby which is convenient. The hotel offered the option to order a taxi from the airport to the hotel. The price was set at 50 eur. We booked this option and ordered a taxi for 50 euros. But when we arrived at the hotel, the taxi driver asked for a price of 70 EUR. Really price from hotel - airports was 42eur.

Old dated furniture, many broken, scratched items in the room.
Very good connection with city center, heating works great, but there is no AC, so I would never choose this hotel in summertime. There are few parking spaces in the yard which are payable, but street parking is free from Friday 22.00 till Monday morning which was perfect for us since we spent a weekend there and we’ve always found a free spot. Quick check-in and check-out thanks to very nice receptionists. Breakfast is good, also staff working during breakfast are smiling and very polite.

It's loud if you get a street-side window since the street-train runs next to the hotel.
