The slide door-situation to the toilet/shower is not ideal, doesn’t really give any privacy. The tv should be more centered to the bed.

The place is not so far from the tram or bus station. Bright and clean. This is always be my concern to book a hotel. Comfortable enough for the price. Around 2,5km to the center.

The shower is not a good construction, everything gets wet and slippery. The cushions in the bad were quite uncomfortable for me.

It was a little bit cold in the room, and require time to make it warm. Rolling door between toilet and room is not fully close, so there are some inconvenience when live more than 1 person

It is near the city center and all the museums. Easy acces to the public transport ( underground train, tram, bus etc). The hotel is recently renovated.

There’s no door in the shower area, so the bathroom got all wet when taking the shower.

As previous guests have already mentioned in their reviews, the glass in the shower is pretty short so the water goes out, but rubber slippers will solve the problem :)

The room was nice and clean with excellent sound isolation (given the fact that the trains pass near by, there was no noise), the hotel is well connected to public transport U4 and U6, and if you like walking, it is a nice walk to city center through Naschmarkt.

Receptionist doesn't use to greet the guest .. a bit unusual not saying greetings. Receptionist told me that the reception is 24 hours open but when i needed to check out at 4 in the morning for early flight no one is in the reception.. waited for minutes.. no one is there.. just left the roon keys/Cards in front.

There are electric car chargers in the parking garage but they can't be used as they are not connected to the electricity provider. This has caused inconvinience with our trip.

the first room we got had brown stains on the bedsheets.. got a new room after making it very clear that we werent sleeping in that room. we got a new room.. with a shared sliding door between the shower room and the toilet.. so if someone is in the shower room and slides the door closed the toilet is open and if someone is in the toilet and slides the door closed, the shower is basically open.. and the sliding door doesnt properly close when u want to go to the toilet. so if you have a partner that is in the room they can peak in because the space between the wall and the sliding door is like 2cm when closed.. this was a major issue.. if this isnt a issue for you then this hotel is nearly perfect. i would rate this place a 9 we had a room with normal doors. in the room facilities it mentioned that the room would have airconditioning, our room did not have airconditioning, which wasnt a major problem since its not that hot in january and we could open the window(with the downside that the noise outside was quite loud) tv was not in front of the bed. it was to the side... can be annoying if you use it.

the Hotel is quite new so the rooms were very fresh and modern styled. this is one of the main reasons i choose to book this hotel. the location also isnt to bad, it has a bus stop and 2 tram stops very nearby and there is an abundance of supermarkets and food places you can use if you dont want to go to far.

it’s strange to have one door for toilet and bathroom.

location is very good. it took to get to centre not more than 20 minutes by subway. the room wasn’t big, but it was enough for me and my husband. if you ask, stuff can give you bathrobe and slippers. it was pleasure for me.

The shower has no door, so there might be some water splashes all over the bathroom. Strange climate control. It seems that in our room it was not possible to adjust the temperature, but it was not cold so it was not an issue.

Room was nice, quiet and comfortable for a three day stay. Bathroom and toilet have combined door, opened bathroom means closed toilet. The towels were changed every day.

What could be better is a more thorough cleaning of the rooms each day during stay - sometimes it was only like giving us fresh towels - but in our case it was okay. There is a coffee machine in the room but nobody refilled coffee capsules.

Our stay was amazing. The room was quiet, spacious, clean and newly furnished - as the rest of the hotel. The bed was big and comfortable and we enjoyed that we had a tv which was able to connect with our phone to watch youtube or netflix. The bathroom was also clean and we appreciated that there were some cosmetics such as shower gel, soap etc. Also the breakfast was amazing - really various food - fresh rolls, bread, toast bread, croissants, scrumbled eggs, sausages, bacon, jams, honey, cereals, vegetables, cheese and many many more! We were always full after breakfast :)

Shower door is a bit wierd as mentioned by other people. The toilet and shower are separated, but the door can only be closed for either one at the same time. Also, the doors do not seal very well which doesn't provide enough privacy. The room is a bit too warm during the night, and the air-conditioning can't be adjusted.

Breakfast is great that we had a lot of choices. Their scrambled egg is delicious! The facilities are fine, and the room has enough space for two people. When we close the window, no noise at all. The hotel is very close to many lines of trams and undergrounds. So it's very convenient to travel to the city centre. Only 20min to the center, and only several stops to Schönbrunn palace.

The bathroom has no ventilation system . The door of the toilet is not so functional.

The bed is super comfortable with a soft duvet, one for each person(super convenient). The room is spacious, with modern furniture. It is 2 min from the metro station. Although the hotel is located next to a bridge, there is no noise.
