Being woken up by the cleaning service on Saturday morning at 8.30am was surprising (we stayed for 3 nights)

One of the most clean hotels i have ever visited. Respect people who work there. Reception? Cheerful and willing to help you in everything. If i ever visit Vienna again this hotel will be my choice for sure.

Very clean and modern Hotel. Location was good we walked in to the city centre was not necessary to use public transportation. We could also charge our electric car.

The location is not the best specially if you are a woman and solo traveller. Both stations close to the hotel are full of alcoholics and junkies. I did not feel very safe The breakfast is a lil bit pricey for what it has

The bed mattress was used and uncomfortable, it wasn't a plain surface but rather a valley in the middle. There was also a problem with rescheduling of my booking. It took several days to manage that even though I was willing to pay more for the reservation and rooms were available to book online for that period. I had to call several times the booking department.

Avoid at all cost! Toilet and shower are next to each other and there is one sliding door which can just close EITHER at one time!! Read: if one Person is taking a shower the the toilet is open to the bedroom and there is NO functioning Ventilation! Don't know what pervert came up with this sick idea! Leonardo hotels never again!

The hotel is in an awful building, it is fairly noisy because of the road and train tracks that almost touch the house. The facilities in the room are noisy and have a secondary flow once anyone above uses the toilet. Room was not clean enough in the obvious places, which was disappointing.

There is a under the house parking and this was the main decision point for my stay. Otherwise, not much to like, as I went for the cheap offer. Internet was fast. I did not eat at the hotel and therefore have not much to comment on. It is a short walk from two U-bahn stations, so this was fairly convenient, however still far from the center.

Wi-fi can reception was not that good in our room, but the quality of connection depends on where is your room. If you are closer to the router you won't have any problems. Internet is really good in the lobby if you need it for something specific so it's not that big of a problem.

The hotel was really nice. Extremely comfortable and clean. The stuff was extra nice. We will be coming back!

Beautiful Rey was there to welcome us, and Kristian answered to all our needs! Despite the weird thing - no closet and some dust at the start, housekeeping was super great during the remaining time of our stay, and everything is super clean. Lighting system great. Location great
