Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The breakfast was quite expensive.
The room was quite big for the price and very close to two tube/tram stations, making it very easy to get everywhere.

Only didn’t like bathroom/wc door and shower glass seperator is should be longer. After the shower everywhere is wet.
Without the bathroom everything is great.

We have explicitly requested a quiet room and they placed us just beside the elevator. The room floor was completely wet we had to ask for a change of room. The second room did not have a shower door so the water covered all the floor when showering. The bathroom door did not close properly and they didn’t clean our room one day even when we asked. When they cleaned it on the other day they didn’t bring towels and when we asked for towels at the reception they said they didn’t have more.
Unfortunately we did not have a good time. The hotel is located very close to the metro station.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was in a great location, very easy access by metro. The staff was really kind and helpful. The room was very very clean and spacious, also the bed was extremely comfy. If I came to Vienna again, I'd choose this hotel again.

The ventilation in the room is quite loud. We could not stop it from the thermostat and at the reception they told us to switch it off from the electrical box - at least you know if you need it :D
Short stay close to metro station. The hotel was clean and we liked that it was pretty sound proof even though there is a metro line going next to the hotel windows.

This hotel is incredible value, very clean, staff were lovely and so close to the train to take you to Schönbrunn as well as into the city. The room was lovely, a great size and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever stayed in.

First, the room was not clean at all. There were many hairs from the previous guest over the bed and pillows. Second, the cleaning service is quite terrible and they do not clean anything. They just reform the bed and leave. Third, compared to other 3 stars properties I have experienced, the facilities are quite limited. Even there is no small fridge in the room! Finally, when we told the reception about these problems, they did not care at all.
The location of the property is really nice, very easy to access different metro lines and buses.

The hotel was in close proximity to underground stations, trams stops,buses and all sort of transportation system that get us to the central Vienna. The facilities are modern and we had really good sleep after long walks in central Vienna. The breakfast was so perfect and incredibly delicious. The customer service was fantastic and staff were lovely including the receptionists, breakfast staff and the Housekeeping staff. Special thanks to two lady-receptionists (sorry, forgot to ask their names) who were there during the day time in all three days. They were really helpful and supportive. Highly recommended and surely would love to stay in this hotel if we are visiting Vienna again.

Only thing I didn't like was the door for the bathroom and toilet. It was a rolling door so did not fully close

We loved everything:)
Location is amazing, right next to the metro station and shopping street. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed- spacious, clean and cozy. Staff was friendly as well. I would definitely come back here!
