Brekfast was poor, coffee horible. It is next to train rails, was almost impossible to sleep, could not provide high floor room, even I asked when ordered half a year ago.

At desk front girl at least recommended nice place for strudel.

WiFi signal was very poor in our room. The bathroom has a door that doesn't totally close, so whoever else is in the room can hear and smell everything.

Delicious breakfast. Very good room service. Everyday our room was cleaned and we each got a water bottle and a coffee pod. The staff was kind and spoke English very well. The area is loud, but with the windows closed you don't hear much from outside. Parking there is expensive, but you can rent a bike (0.6€/30 min) or take the ubahn to nearby garages where the day costs 8 euro.

Good place for Vienna sightseeing. Very nice and clean hotel, located close to underground, good breakfast and friendly staff. It is next to the street however when you close the window, noise is minimum. Air conditioning works well. Underground parking makes this hotel suitable for those travelling by car. In my opinion it is enough space to get place there, even considering the fact booking is not possible.

the room I got, was not the room I booked. I booked a double room with a big bed and much more space. I got a room under the ground which was very small, with a small single bed. Not blaming the personel for it - everything was clean and everyone was nice, but those who are in charge of the booking page of this hotel should change something about it. I asked the personel why is my room not the room I booked and they said it's because the hotel is overbooked for the day. (I checked in at 3pm and booked 24 hours earlier). The room I got is not even on ANY photos on booking. It was still fine but this is a scam :/

Little to my surprise that i was downgraded from a double room to a single room due to over occupancy by the hotel without prior notice. After a discussion over my rights with the receptionist, they moved me to leonardo Vienna Hotel for the worst customer experience. They made me walk 15min to the next hotel. No proper information was passed on. The attitude of the staff was careless The housekeepers just enter the room to wake you up at 7 am. without knocking. " Do not disturb is hangout outside the door " and they speak loud outside and there phone rings none stop! Specially There is no noise cancelation door or walls. You could hear everything on the outside. Card validation every time due to mistakes of communication and room management issues. They tried to check me out 1 day earlier, saying that the other hotel told them it's for 1 night, not 2. And I had paid for 2, so it happened that 4 times I was stopped to check my booking. I stayed in many hotels, and by far, this is the worst. The receptionist at the checkout said I know I understand, but I'm just doing my job! No offers of any compensation. I found woman hair on the new shower towels provided. They didn't replace the water the next day.

The location is very good due to the strategic area and means of transportation. Bed is comfortable.

The hotel is right by a metro station, just three stops away from the city center. They've got some awesome soundproofing going on, and the place itself is all fresh and modern. The staff were really nice and on point, especially Mrs. Angelica – she hooked us up with a free upgrade and let us check in early. What a sweetheart!

First of all, location of the hotel was terrible, as we walked to the subway, we encountered many strange, drunk people with dogs along the way. And everything around was filthy, it was just unpleasant to walk there. Secondly, the room we were in had water leaking through the wall and my sneakers soaked up the water. Most likely from the neighboring room when they showered, the water came out into our room. Thirdly, the Comfort double room was not the same as it it shown in the picture. So better to google it before booking this hotel.

Kind stuff, and hotel provide everyday cleaning services.

We stayed for a really long time, and this was a great hotel, we really enjoyed. This is general feedback, not critisism. It was a perfect stay. Because the shower is walk-in with no real shower wall, the water sometimes splashes out of the bathroom area, despite best efforts for it not to. This didn't bother us, but it might ruin their floors in the long run, if people aren't careful. Although we always took our shoes off, and even brought our own slippers, the floor started to be a bit dusty and grimy after a while. It was hoovered, but a good mopping was in order. It's so hard to do when guests are still checked in, but it really needed it.

Convenient location, very lovely attentive staff, and spacious comfortable roooms. Although the underground line had its above ground part with bridge right in front of our window, it was still dead quiet at night. You can borrow umbrellas from the front desk. On check-out day there is an option to leave your bags at the hotel until you need to head to the airport. The location is right between U4 and U6, tram lines that go into the centre, and a walk away from the shopping street Maria Hilfer Straße, which leads right into the 1st district. Breakfast looked amazing Daily housekeeping, refilling the coffee machine pods, complimentary waters, hoovering, and generally straightening up! Those longish pillows to support the neck while resting the head on the normal sized pillow 🤌 Everyone was so nice all the time.

Stayed for 4 nights; put our “pls service label” on the door every morning around 9.30; it never got serviced and we did not receive any clean towels, trash bins were not cleaned up. Big disappointment there. During our stay every morning at 8:00 the building next to the hotel was under construction… they did not tell us about this mega noice hinder

Property downgraded my room to the smallest room, without any notification while check-in. After seeing the room downgrade and returning to reception to complain they refunded me 50€ and gave complimentary breakfast (Hotel was fully booked). It seemed that this was their standard process for this situation and staff admitted that this happens often. So property's business strategy is to scam solo travelers (at least them). Beware of this.

There was nothing we didn't like

Great location, a short walk to the train and only takes a few minutes to the city centre. Check in was very quick and the room was lovely, clean and bed very comfortable, lovely shower too. We were next to a busy road but didn't hear noise as the window is very well soundproofed. We didn't have breakfast so can't rate the food. We really enjoyed our 2 nights there and will stay again next time we're in Vienna

Pleasant stay and a relaxed time, made by clean, quiet rooms and the excellent staff. Great location, perfect for using subway and trams. The metro station is located right near the hotel. Varied and tasty breakfasts. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning to visit Vienna. You will not be disappointed.

I personally need a very quiet room and comfortable bed if I want to have a good sleep. Any and all noises coming form inside and or outside the hotel could not be heard in the room, this was rarely the case in other places I have visited.

Hotel is located next to a very busy road and kind of "under a bridge". Design and bathroom and toilet is not very smart - only one door and the bathroom is always flooded after showering.
