Pillows are pretty horrible. Room was not made up by the time we arrived back from 7.30am - 3pm in afternoon, had to go find new towels for myself from staff.

The wc was in different room than the sink and shower, not practical for guests...our room was very close to the train and bridge, there was some noise...

- dirty mugs in the room, - water and coffee was not replaced once used up - only one bed made during cleaning - streaming services not available despite being mentioned at the room description - old parking ticket left by previous guests not picked up from under the bed -no instruction for using air conditioning available in the room

A 3 star hotel in reality. Corridor badly needing painting, zero insulation between rooms (but okay for exterior), no phone to contact reception (and reception not picking the phone), some lights not working, TV placed in awkward angle on wall, shower poorly designed (excessive splash), bath towel missing on arrival, cleaning ladies opening door and 8:50 and again at 9:20... Clearly a low cost operation.

The cons are: There is one sliding door for the bathroom and shower, and it doesn't close all the way. There is shampoo & soup all in one, so it is better to bring your own The cleanliness was OK, nothing special. I like sleeping with the windows open, but unfortunately, there is a lot of noise from the tram. But if the window is closed, you don't hear anything.

The hotel was at a good location, just 15-20 minutes to the center of vienna. The staff was really friendly and welcoming. Great decoration and design, breakfast is also good.

Good for a short stay, nothing wrong :)

The hotel is located outside the city center, but is well-connected, and it is also possible to walk to the center. Not very large, but well-designed rooms, everywhere clean, tasty breakfasts. There were no problems with storing bicycles at the hotel.

The door of the toilet is the same door as the shower, so you can’t close both at the same time. In addition, It doesn't close all the way, a slot remains. Not enough private

The location of the hotel is situated far from a lot of Vienna's attractions. It is very close to the U6 line but the area where the hotel is doesn't have many amenities. It is very walkable to the city centre.

Very comfortable hotel, great value for money and we enjoyed our stay here during our trip to Vienna. The taxi from the airport was easy and comfortable and all the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful.

The Doors to the bathroom are not so good

Hotel is located really close to the subway station, which is connected to the most important parts of a city. Room was very clean and comfortable. Also the breakfast was excellent. Overall, it was a very pleasent stay in Vienna.

Check in very late and reception staff told me room not ready now , then I'm waiting more than 2 hours and during the waiting time he made more than 10 check in for all other guests , I think that cause I made it by booking.com he made me late !
