Some of the staff were rude and avoided speaking English. The decision to have a common door between the toilet and the bathroom is strange, because when someone uses the WC, the person bathing in the bathroom will have the door open or vice versa. There is no fridge in the room. The subway runs past the hotel and you can hear it in your room.

Nice hotel with new furniture. The bed is very comfortable, there are extra pillows and all hotel amenities. Good location. It is located near two metro stations on different lines. The check-in/check-out was easy and quick.

There was a shared sliding door for the toilet and bathroom. While interesting from a design perspective it is not very functional. If you slide it to close one - the other opens.

1.On first inspection the hotel is close to a big intersection and next to a overground train of the U6 line but the sound from cars and trains was not loud at all. We were there during the week and were not woken up during the morning rush hour. 2. There is a direct connection to Landstraße metro station - CAT and S7 line train from the airport stop there and you can quickly go to Margaretengürtel station using the green U4 metro line and then the hotel is less than 5 min walk. 3. Close to 2 other metro lines - brown U6 and orange U3 4. Close to Schönbrunn palace 5. Friendly staff

I didn't like bathroom it's saparately with toilet and the door isn't closing well, also the the bathroom was bad because the water was comming out from the bath and the shower was bad.

Bathroom has weird door solution: one door for toilet and bathroom - either one is always open - not very nice and even that door does not close fully. Shower has no door - bathroom floor is always wet.

Location is quite good - close to metro station; walk-able distance (20 minutes) from Schönbrunn palace; easy access with car. Good breakfast.

The car park system. It provides high security however it is not user friendly, nobody there to assist and to communicate with staff, need to go back to reception. Stuck in the car park for 15-20 minutes to get out.

Staff are very friendly and accomodating, the location was ok and right beside a tram line. It was a 50 minute walk to the palace & zoo, and also a 50 minute walk toward the city centre and shopping districts in the other direction, which we both enjoyed. First night our A/C didn't work, but I was too tired to go down and ask. Next morning I mentioned it and they came straight up to confirm then called a technician but it couldn't be fixed so they moved us to another room immediately. There's a train line right beside the building that is noisy, but when the windows are closed you can't hear a sound. The room was very clean, really well priced and we both really enjoyed our stay here.

The nearby subway and road can add a bit of nighttime noise, but after a day of exploring Vienna, you'll sleep soundly regardless! :))

Quite a modern hotel. Located in a convenient location near the metro. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the center. There are shops nearby where you can buy snacks. The room is clean. There is a coffee machine and there is capsule coffee. The compliment is water, which is also very nice. There are cups and mugs. Good TV and comfortable bed. From the window there was a view of the bridge.

The hotel is located next to the Gürtel so the zone is probably not the best in Vienna. Still, conexions by public transport are very good (25-30 min to go anywhere). Individual beds are comfortable but a bit small.

Quality of the service team. The hotel is perfectly clean at every moment, what showcases the effort put by its employees. Breakfast is quite nice and complete. Soundproofing of the rooms is nearly perfect, an important feature considering the location. Service team was always fast in attending anything and they always did so with a big smile. Fantastic team.

Our first time in a 4 star hotel without a minibar. Never thought this is possible.The rooms are very small. Our room was on a floor end and it was even smaller than a normal one. It was so narrow I hurt my arm everytime I walked from the desk to the bathroom.. It was expensive to book but we chose it because of the stars and for being close to the U station. The surroundings of the hotel are ok daytime.

It is close to the Ubahn. The center and all the other attractions can easily be reached within minutes.

The neighbourhood around U6 was a bit sketchy, so I used U4.

The location of the hotel is convenient, close to two metro lines. The room was reasonably clean and I think the view had a certain charm. Although people who are sensitive to noise will probably find the passing trains annoying, it reminded me of a scene from a Ghibli movie, especially at night when there wasn't much traffic, but you could still see the train passing.

We had a nice time with my friend in the hotel. Friendly stuff, nice room, and excellent breakfast. It was easy to park with the car. The tram is close by.

Around 8.30 it was almost impossible to get breakfast, not just hard, very hard. Was lucky to find the place to seat, was hunting for cups, spoons, very crowded, breakfast location too small for hotel of that size. Starting 845 much better. I would be fine if i wasn’t paying 18eur for that.
