The other rooms doors slam and the main door was below us which slammed. So at night it was noisy. We were only there one night so it could have been a one off.

The airconditon of our room was not efficient due to the central system We had to sleep opem window due to heat in the room.

The location of the hotel was great, only five minuted walk to the metro station and 15-20 minutes away to the city centre. The staff was helpful and friendly. We loved the breakfast, it was worth the money!

I liked everything overall. The room was as expected as in the pictures provided by the hotel. The beds were comfy, and the water in the shower was always nice and hot just like I like it. Overall happy with the room and facilities provided.

The only thing i did not like was the separation of the bath and the toilet. In my opinion, there is no any meaning of this.

The location is very convenient for reaching easily, just 5-10 mins by walk, metro & bus stations leading to central part of Vienna & famous city sights. As a vegetarian i didn't book for breakfast, as i usually skip the usual ones offered in hotels, in favour of fresh fruits i buy myself. The Staff at the reception desk was extremely helpful, especially a young lady named Valentina. She was very professional & very well prepared with the FAQs by tourists. Hope she will be properly benefited by the Company Management as she really deserves it. By writing this, i do not want to minimise the efforts & good job done by the other members of the Staff too. Of course, as a Team they all performed very well! Thank you All for the hospitality! And last but not least, this is the second time i use the services of Leonardo Hotels, and in both cases i was very satisfied!

A strange choice was the sliding door for the bathroom which can be see in the pictures but it wasn't a huge problem.

A decent hotel with a good location in Vienna with decent transport links to the center of the city and tourist attractions such as Schonburnn are very close by. There is an option to store luggage before check-in. Check-in was quick and staff were very helpful and were happy to cater to our request for upgrade to a room with a balcony which was spacious and very nice and clean. The breakfast was great.

The rooms have toilet and shower area separated which is amazing but the problem is there is a slide door between. So when someone is having a shower, the toilet is not usable because the sliding door does not cover the toilet area.

The hotel was amazing with everything. There was even a coffee machine in the room and it was so clean. The location is amazing and everything was so close by, we never had a problem with reaching touristic destinations.

Hotel could really use some refurbishment, cleaning was not thorough. The design issues with the bathroom already mentioned here by other guests can be tolerated, but it's pretty ridiculous. No lightbulbs in bedside lamps, no remote for the TV.

Location is ideal, very easy to go to/from with public transport, city centre is ~10 minutes away with the U-Bahn. Appreciated that we could check in earlier. Good variety and quality at breakfast, the lady in charge was very hospitable. The busy road next to the hotel wasn't a sound issue. Fine for a short stay.

Nearby train viaduct is very noisy, fortunately hotel has high quality soundproof windows. Central AC/heating is a bit tricky.

Perfect central location near of West railway station, everything is near. Hotel is amazingly clean with daily service. Room is small but clever arranged with comfortable bed and nice smelling sheets.

Got the room away from the street, but the noise from the metro was still loud. The walls in the room were scratched. The ventilation in the bathroom and the toilet was not working. The hair fan overheated in minutes.

The disign of the bathroom is a horror. The water from the shower is everywhere.... The room could have a small fridge. The neighbourhood feels a bit unsafe in the evening /night.

Shower corner not covered on his lenght so quite impossible to have the shower without the water beeing in whole bathroom. Not enough space for the clothes in case of longer stay .

Good breakfast, though coffee could be served also in espresso version. Location easy for public transport as well as walking.
