Excellent location, great stuff, wonderfull rooms with alot of space. Exceptional air condition, wi fi connection, coffee machine. You even have a tablet with Leonardo Hotel and its possibilities and events in Vienna :) Very pleasent staying When we get back to Vienna, we will stay here again!

The location is near the center, but it's not that pleasant walking in the evening from the train station back to the hotel, since the area seems a bit sketchy.

The bed was super comfy, and having AC in Austria during summer is a must. Also, the stuff was really friendly, and we had a place where to put our luggage after we checked out.

-Does not have a Fridge which is a huge bummer in Summertime. - No proper soap or shampoos or conditioner, like it was just a hand soap. - The location is a bit very far from good food places there’s only a Burger King in the front. - The terrible attention of a blonde girl with long hair arriving it was a bit ick, like I wanted to checkin and it didn’t feel very welcoming to be honest, she needs like to learn how to be more welcoming or maybe is not the culture in Viena? Not sure. That’s it from the rest due to the price is Very good!

The room is small but perfect, is super comfy, private bathroom exactly as the photos. Also the amazing asian girl leaving this property was amazing she provides excellent service it surprised to finally meet someone with that great service attitude that knows english well in Viena. The a/c was super refreshing all good. It has a cute bar and also they let you save your luggage on check in and after checkout which is incredible life saving.

Clean hotel with decently sized double room, very close to the metro-station and in a good position to travel around Vienna with the public transportation. Easy to reach by car, the internal garage is expensive though (25 EUR/day). Good breakfast. Many rooms face the road and the metro line. Although the rooms are sound proof, for sound from the outside can still be heard.

The room was a little hot and we couldn't turn the fan down to a lower setting so it was a bit noisy.

We had a room right next to the train line but the double glazing eliminated all the noise.

When you take a shower the all floor near by will be wet because there is no separation. It’s not a big deal if you got towels. In addition I wish it was less pricey.

The room is very pleasant , the location is good because there is an Ubahn near by. It was clean.

We found the hotel's own parking fee a bit pricy, but parking in Vienna is expensive anyway.

Nice hotel, standard Western 3-4 star, close to Schönbrunn. The room and bathroom are clean and comfortable. A big plus for the breakfast, it was very nice, we liked it so much, great variety of food.

The street was a bit unpleasant at night

Very nice room, including a.c which was necessary during June. Room was clean, had good wifi. The toilets are separated from the shower which was more comfortable for us, but note that since both use the same sliding door you can't close them at the same time. The breakfast was good.

Strange bathroom design. It looks nice but not very practical.

Rooms are nice, clean, very vell equiped. Staff is great. Location is very good. Underground and tram stations are minute walk away.

There were no bug nets at the windows, which made mosquitos and flies able to get in the room.

Very nice and clean room. The hotel is very close to the metro station and a few trams, which makes it very easy to get around the city. There's also a small shop nearby, in case you needed to buy something.

One door for both WC and shower is definitely a bad option, the door is not even closing well. No fridge in the room.

There is only one sliding door for toilet and shower. They don't close all the way for toilet so it's a problem if you travel with someone. The shower cabin is open so the water flows through all the bathroom. The AC was noisy all the night regardless of being shut down. When we arrived in the hotel no one greeted us at the reception. We waited in the lobby because we saw others there with their luggage and the receptionist was just sitting there. It was totally confusing.

The bed is very comfortable. The room has a coffee machine and you get two bottles of water for free. You can open the window.

Our bathroom setup was a little strange- there was a sliding door which could close either the toilet cubicle, or the shower area, defeating the purpose of having them separate. The shower had no curtain or glass door, so it was unavoidable that you would splash all over the cubicle when showering.

The hotel is located very close to two metro stops, so even though it is not very central, it is really easy to get to. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean, with good insulation- although the metro passes a few metres from the hotel room window, you could not hear it at all when the windows were closed.

No refrigirator and also cleaning could be better - There were crumbs on the floor for several days. I was just curiously watching whether they will clean it - nut never happened

Great location - 3 metro station ride to the city center- 5 min walk to the satation. Also train nearby. Facility is a bit old, but room was nice and really great breakfasr

Very small bathroom with strange sliding door shared with the toilet. If the bathroom is closed the toilet is open. Loud outside the window due to trams running by. Nice personel.
