Be aware you will hear the church bells all day and night every 15 minutes. The water from the shower also goes everywhere but will dry over the day. Other than that it’s a good apartment.

Bed is very comfortable and the room is very spacious.

- Smell in the bathroom was horrible (I kept the windows open during my stay) - There is a cathedral near by and the bells ring every 15mins 6:00 am till midnight

- The suite was clean (expect for the bathroom) - WiFi was fast - Hotel's location is nice

The sound of bells ringing 24 hours from church next door. Also, there was no air conditioning and it was very hot stay. Opening windows meant letting insects fly into the room.

Free wifi access in the entry for check in was missing so without mobile data or reception it was complication to get passwords and get in.

I didn’t like the lack of parking, because in the list of the facilities, parking was included. At least, the staff can send an email prior to the check in with info regarding parking options in the area.

The location of the property was very good. Also, very easy check in/out.

No air condition. Shower cabin did not close properly, so water sprayed around bathroom.

My biggest issue with this place was the lack of communication, you can only ask with a message on online applications like booking or the Limehouse website if anything happens (Even in an emergency) and it takes hours for them to get back to you. The toilet was broken, and the towel place was not warm so you could not dry your towels. They were not so hospitable as I asked them to change my room (because the windows were opening to the walls!) the cleaning staff told me they had many available rooms (as we were not in the high season), but the managers on the website told me that they are full!

The location is great. You have everything you need in the room so you decide whether to cook, watch tv or use your laptop doing your tasks.

The location was really hard to find,, we could have done with some pictures of the property as it's in a big complex. I understand that it's self check in, however we had a problem with a blocked sink and nobody was there to sort it out. The communication was good, but I can't believe they don't have a maintenance person available for these sorts of issues.

The apartment was very spacious and spotlessly clean. Huge bathroom and nice little kitchenette, free washing machines in the basement.

It was very difficult to find our apartment unit in the back of the building with no prior directions. Apt residents had to help us and they said it was a constant problem. The tv looked like the pixels were shattered - why have a tv?

The access into the building was a little tricky and the rain water shower head needs to be descaled so that the water actually runs out like it should and not in every direction.

Great location to explore Linz on foot! Rooms are spacious and clean.

The room was so clean and warm and everything that I need inside it but the problem your room middle other normal apartments then if you are sensitive to voice maybe this place doesn’t good for you because you will hear the voice child of other neighbors same me on 11 pm and 5am and find the entrance little is difficult please see the photo that I attached and for enter to building you will have 2 silver keypad but you must use doorbell system of house. In any problem you can call customer service and they will help you.

The bells on the nearby church tower were ringing every 15 minutes from 6am till midnight and were extremely loud even with windows closed

The room was quite big and comfortable. The bed was a queen size one. The shower gel and soap smelled delicious. A lot of place and furniture for just two people. Proximity to the city center
