Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The open bathroom/washing in the room.
Breakfast was exceptional but a little expensive. Location was very good - easy access to town and rail stations. Our room was a little small and open bathroom/washing is not good - it makes things feel a little damp.

Everything was ideal.
Location was ideal, easy walkable to city centre while tram passes right by front door three stops to center. Also Metro station 5 mins walk in opposite direction.

The body wash in bathroom was not good, it was looking like water put in the soap.
The Breakfast was amazing. Staff is very cooperative.

Internet was slow. Also I was not made aware of the cost of car parking when I booked. As most placed do provide this costing when booking. As it was in line with most European hotels, I did not object. There was no iron or ironing board.
Linder hotel is well located, close to most attractions. The hotel breakfast choice and quality. The rooms are standard hotel room, though there is no iron or table. If you are staying for more than 2 night they offer free bar if you opt out off daily cleaning.

We stayed with the family and rooms are not very comfortable for families. Bath is not separated and placed just in bedroom. Sink was stuck. It was fixed the next day but the room was not prepared enough for check in. Location is close to Belvedere but pretty far away from city centre and it takes 40 mins to get there.

There was no phones in the room which I found odd so have to go down to reception if you want something. Also breakfast is mega expensive for 28euros you might as well walk into town to a cafe.
Location is really good and it’s pretty decent hotel for a four star.

The room has simple shower with direct entrance from the room, there is no place around to hang the towel or drop the clothes. I foud not acceptable for this hotel category.

Location was excellent, close to city centre and right next to Belvedere Palace. Lovely room, well equipped with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast with a lot of options and I loved the fresh juices I could make from my own choice of fresh vegetables or orange. Staff was always helpful when needed.

As everyone else mentioned, the showers have no privacy. An in-house 24 hr coffee shop option could be considered for guests arriving at odd times, as everything else is closed at the airport and in the city.
An excellent option overall. The room was larger than any other rooms I have seen in Europe. Check in staff (forgot his name - I think Mr. Amarpreet) at 2 am was extremely courteous. He even gave us complimentary fruits as every restaurant was closed at that time. The location is perfect. Just outside the city center at a quite, but main street. Metro station for airport transfer is less than 5 mins walk. Also station for hop on hop off bus is less than 5 mins walk. We did not take breakfast as decent coffee shops are nearby and may be cheaper.

The hotel restaurant and bar were mediocre, and the price of parking space was quite expensive.
The rooms were tidy and spacious. The breakfast was on point. In addition, you will get free minibar, if you select not to clean your room. The location is perfect, especially for the traveler with car as their also offer indoor private parking space beneath the hotel.

We had a junior suite with our teenage daughter with no door to the shower area which meant room was open plan . Ok if only a couple but not with older children.

Slightly overpriced. The bathtub in the room is open (no separate bathroom, only the toilet has some privacy) - it's modern and increasingly common, but it might not be everyone's cup of tea.
Great location, next to Belvedere and the Metternich Palace. Modern facility, spacious room. We got a comfortable cot for our little one in the room. Very clean and tidy, they offer free minibar service if you decide to skip room service for a couple of days. Huge breakfast buffet. Staff is kind.
