Location is great and easy to get to and from. Airport and also close to centre right next to Belvedere Palace. Room and facilities great and spotless. Breakfast was fantastic plenty of choice and quality of food was great . Most of all staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for you, helpful, polite and courteous. Would definately stay here again and have no hesitation in recommending it.

If you do not request room cleaning during your 2+ days stay, you can have what is in the minibar. I think that this is a great move to spare time for the employees in exchange for additional comfort ! Also the smart TV is nice if you need to relax in front of your favourite show !

The location was perfect and the bed was super comfortable to rest. Nice view and very kind and professional staff. Breakfast with lot of options and I loved the fresh juices I could make from my own choice of fresh vegetables or orange.

I still haven't received the deposit money, which is quite infuriating, after nearly a month. It's absurd that I have to write messages and get in contact to the Hotel to receive my money back. It's a pity that ecause of this, I would clearly not recommend this Hotel chain, however the staff, the room and the breakfast too were amazing.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel, relatively close to city center, 10-15 minutes with the tram. Located near our favourite restaurant in Vienna, Salm Brau. We will stay again here our next time!

Firstly, I pay for a hitel with sauna and fitness center. On the day before check-in, I sent a message to the hotel to ask if it was needed to book a slot. I was told none of them were working. I was never informed of this, nor offered any compensation, even when I mentioned that it wasn't fair to pay the same then, and not being informed. I only found out because I contacted a few hours before to ask for a time slot, if needed. But the worst thing, what makes me not coming back, was the attention of the man working at reception when checking out. Sunday 26th Feb 2023 at 4am. It goes like this, this is a very boiled down version though: -Morning, we're checking out. -yeah well. Just wait. System is restarting (with a very rude tone and manners) -yes, sorry, but we have a train to catch, and we also need to pick up some breakfast to take away we ordered yesterday. -eh, you have to wait ok? (Goes away) (Comes back with the breakfast after a couple of minutes). And you ordered a taxi right? - No, we didn't ordered a taxi. That was for Thursday, not this morning, Sunday. - it's here that you ordered a taxi. So you wait. And the system is restarting, so wait here. - we have to go for out train sorry. - hey, do whatever. I can't do anything here, and if your taking the taxi, leave if you want. - we didn't ordered a taxi. - yeah, Well. Just go then . I get he hates his job, but that level of rudeness is not acceptable. The way he talked and manners was insulting. I hope you have CCTV in the lobby area, you can check this yourself at the hotel if so. Not coming back thanks to him.

The staff seems completely untrained. This includes address of welcome and the farewell ceremony. Just handing over the bill and heading to the back office is plainly rude. At breakfast the empty tables get much more attention than the ones with guests although nobody is having the ability to do a proper cleaning. Rooms on the road side are quite loud. This also applies to the air conditioning. So you either turn it off and wake up in a cold room or you can't sleep due to the loud ventilation.

If you intend to visit the Belvedere the location is perfect. A Suite is well equipped including wet toilet paper which is not common.

Service was very good. Location of the hotel is very good, very close to the visiting places. Breakfast was good. Workers was very nice. We celebrate our anniversary day, so hotel workers surprised us with extra good service and made our staying very pleasant.

Everything is great, nothing to dislike

Perfect location, easy to reach from VIE airport by S7 train, walking distance from city center, amazing staff, very clean surroundings, good sound isolation in the rooms, amazing breakfast, clean rooms, heating and cooling system in the rooms is working properly, there is a pool table in the lobby.

The room was very nice, the breakfast was INCREDIBLE, and the location is excellent, as it is easily accessible by Vienna transit and only a few stops from the center. The staff are also very friendly and helpful, and when I had a minor concern about charging my card after my stay, the hotel responded within minutes to answer my concern. If I ever go back to Vienna, I am 100% staying here again, incredible value.
