The food was good and varied. The room was comfortable (downside, two mattresses instead of a large mattress is not nice). The absence of a changing room at the hotel (for the last day) is another downside that most other hotels don't have. The deco was nice.

There were no English translations on the signs in the buffet in the restaurant, menus and announcements. Also, all the signs and announcements over the loudspeaker in the Loipersdorf Therme are only in German. The walls between the rooms are very poorly soundproofed, so that you can clearly hear a louder conversation from the next room.

The hotel is very nicely decorated and maintained. The surroundings are very quiet, plenty of nature. The rooms are spacious and clean. The food was very tasty, good selection. Breakfast and dinner were self-service. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were given a bag with bathrobes and towels for the spa, which we could change every day. The hotel is directly connected to the Loipersdorf Therme complex.

We suggest to find the way to make some rooms with better sleeping conditions (to devide the families with children to one side and the couples to the other side of the hotel. Make some beds more comfortable, especially mattresses and pillows. Install door closers so that the doors don’t slam…) Name it comfort+ zone.

This was our 10th visit to the hotel. We love the location and the Therme. Very good restaurant at the hotel. Bravo to the restaurant chef!

Few of the staff spoke English; a rude waiter kind of shouted at us in slow, loud German that they do not serve lunch at 4 pm. The person at reception did not really know that the wellness reception closes at 4 pm thus we could not book massages and other we wanted. I would suggest menus in English… it would simplify lots.

Comfortable rooms, great food and a very nice water park. We had fun.

All was good, except weird way of going around on the elevator from one side of the building to another to get to sauna and dinner. For guests who live on the left side of the building (if facing reception). And also one month in advance preordered flower petals and fruits in chocolate and it was not done on arrival ! They brought it next day, but surprise was kind of ruined... The singer in the bar was terrible, same as his choice of songs. American country music with average voice sounded very bad

only little niggling things about our room (an apartment) eg coffee pods wrong size for machine, curtains that were thin and didn’t block the light. note thermal spa entrance coat are not included (I noticed some other local hotels offered it as part of room rate) and this adds quite a bit to the cost

Great location with direct access to the pool. There is also in-house pool and spa for the guests. Good restaurant and nice personnel. We were never upset about food, mostly regional.

its down managed and feels very old, the high price for the rooms it not really good value because you get nothing in terms of service or extras just a plan old room without minibar and just water as greetings drink. breakfast is medium, couldnt eat the eggs and real orange juice is extra payment (8€ for 0.5l !)

They didn’t tell that for Therme we will need to pay more than €50 per person extra. Also for wine at the dinner you pay extra. At the end instead of €290 we paid €430 for 1 night.
