Very clean room. Receptionist lady is very friendly. The room bed are super good. The shower water is very very super good! The best cost performance hotel in Vienna! We will come back for sure.

No kitchen or plates/cutlery at all for breakfast or anything, although it has a mini-fridge for storing stuff.

Good bed for sleeping, outside can be heard but you can get used to it in a few minutes. Everything is close, shops, bakery, cafe. Little room, but more than enough for 2 people staying only at nights and more. Even enough for 3 in my opinion.

The bathroom is inside the room, like a box that has been installed within the room, it is not a different space all in all. It was a bit small, but it worked just fine for me. I had no issues with it, but some other visitors might want to consider it if they find the space a bit too packed.

The location is absolutely great. Tram and bus stops are just a few meters away. The city center is quite easy to reach. A supermarket is jut right in front of the pension, across the street. The room was clean, albeit small. There was no cooking facility, but a fridge in the room was quite handy to keep some stuff. A kettle and courtesy tea bags in the room, and courtesy coffee in the "lobby" were all very welcome. You get your keys and you can get in any time you want, so there's no issues getting back to your room late in the evening or too early in the morning. It is quite close to the University of Vienna, which in my case was a very important factor to decide my stay.

It is a very comfortable place. We stayed in a very big room. We booked a double bed and we had two extra sofas to use. There is a small kettle in the room and some teas. Great thing is the coffee machine and small pots of milk in the common area and you can help yourself to it whenever you want. There is a supermarket (Spar) right opposite the Pension and another one (Billa) a couple of minutes away. The owner very nice. He speaks English. The furniture/style is not modern but totally functional. Comfortable bed. It is a 15mins walk from the City Hall, Hofburg, Parliament etc The price is definitely a good value for money.

Toilet utilizes drainage pump which makes some noises while flushing and that might surprise you at the first use.

The location is very good. It's very close to the city center. I could even leave my baggage in my room after my city tour and then heading to a concert without any belongings :)

Exactly as advertised, excellent public transport by bus, tram & métro, very helpful staff. My future base in Wien.

Street noise with tram was a little loud at times, but fine with earplugs. Toilet flushing was quite loud but I never heard noise from toilets in other rooms so it was also fine.

The facility is a bit old, but it fits to the typical cozy European hotel. And the bathroom is made in the room, shaped as a small container cube. But it's working without any problems, so it's fine too.

Clean room, good location, friendly staff, comfortable bed. Actually, when I arrived at this hotel, I noticed that I stayed in this hotel once before! I didn't like it back then because of reconstruction noise, but it is of course finished this time. The room was large enough, and it was all good this time!

Not much. Just that the space in the shower was small and the entrance to the building, before entering the pension, was a little neglected. But for us those things are just small details.

Very, very, very noisy street. Most rooms are streetside. Tram running late and early in the morning, cars. Even the clanking of bottles all the time from the recycle bins close by.

Spacious room. I mean tall ceilings, lots of space, plus a small wardrobe for each person. Cleaned every day. Ease of access even after checkintimes via a safebox. Close proximity to supermarkets. Wife loved the coffee they offered as it saved time.

No AC during summer in Vienna is a real problem. A noisy (toilet) pump in the bathroom was a bit annoying. The pillows were uncomfortable (the bed itself was good). They change sheets every 5 days.

The room was quite big, the apartment is in a very good location.
