FranceThe menu for the evening meal was very restricted so we didn't eat in the restaurant in the evenings at all. The hotel was also some way from the lifts. I'd estimate about 800m so that's a long way carrying skis.
The hotel was excellent. The area for leaving ski equipment was warm and spacious. The sauna area was great and the small gym a bonus. Best of all was the excellent lounge/bar area in the hotel - very well decorated and made for relaxation. The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of food available.

United StatesClara at front desk was a miserable and unhappy person everyday. She gave the impression that she hates her job. If you are going to greet people that are coming from far away on very long flights, the person must be accommodating and friendly. When we got there, I asked if my meals/dinner were included with the charge, she said NO. Turns our all our dinners were included in the price we paid and we ended up going out to different restaurants every night, we find this out the last night we were there. Awful experience with her!!!
Carlos from the front desk made the experience a pleasure and was extremely helpful. Always went out of his way to asssit with a smile. He made this vacation super amazing. Erick at the bar was super friendly too.

United KingdomThe front staff is prickly and are awkward when you ask for help. The team is more suited for back office and not customer facing. It's not our fault you don't have a keyless entry system for the rooms and require us to bother you for the room key every time we enter/leave the building. There is a rooster somewhere outside the hotel that will wake you up around 3:30am every morning and crow until about 7am! It was awful and we didn't get much sleep even though the beds and rooms are comfortable. Some rooms don't hear the rooster so it's the luck of the draw who gets it. The hotel has the heat on high everywhere! We kept our windows and doors open at night and it still wouldn't cool down the room (even with the radiator off). The cleaning staff kept closing the windows and doors after they cleaned, too, which was really annoying. At dinner we had to keep opening the windows to cool down the rooms. I have no idea why they are blasting the heat so much.
The waitstaff and cleaning staff are super friendly and very helpful. They made the stay so enjoyable! The food is also fantastic! I couldn't believe it. You can order omelettes fresh at breakfast! The whole spread is very good. Dinner was fantastic every night and the restaurant recommended Austrian wines each night that were very good. It has changed my whole view on Austrian cuisine and wines. The large spa is also really nice! Two saunas and two steam rooms plus a large relaxation area.

United KingdomRoom was a bit disappointing, lighting quite poor, only 3 plug sockets, none with USB. Shower bit odd in that the screen wasn't much use so water went everywhere! 'Sofa' in our room was no more than a a spare bed/ mattress - uncomfortable to sit on. No a/c which maybe an issue at times.
