A few of the staff members were very rude and blunt. Washing and drying was a hassle. Only 1 for each, I had to wait 2 hours before drying my clothes. Other people also had issues with people stealing the dryers they reserved meaning people paid for others washing. the staff simply responded with "don't reserve one, just wait until you see it free" (which they never were due to queues) kitchen was very small, fridge was like playing jenga and hardly ever got sorted through (food from dates of 5+ departure days before) The kitchen was cleaned one day during lunch hour (around 1pm) which was quite inconvenient, could this not be done overnight? or at least not around meal time. Bathroom wasn't the cleanest, some marks in the sink and on the bins. TV in the room didn't work

breakfast was good. Coffee did not taste good. I saw mostly young people not many eldery. Staff was at a minimum and cost savings was noted quite clearly. Instructions to get out of the garage were not explained in writing. One lift brought you done to the garage. Entrance to the hotel by car was not clearly marked and consequently was blocked now and then. Not signs were shown to exchange bath towels. Many tables were cleaned with the same cloth and not properly washed. No instructions were shown to getting water, fruit juice. Also one had to pay up front whereas most hotels request payment at the end of their stay. People were encouraged to assist the cleaners with bringing their dishes and garbage to a table. Lights in the room were not strong enough to properly read our books and magasins. The roof line in the bedrooms upstructed me from getting down onto my bed. The curtains were not closing properly and consequently early light came in. For seniors such as myself the bedroom under the roofline is not exactly appropriate to lay down and get up at night to go to bathroom. The shower stall was far too small for a senoir as there was no place to sit. Also there was no mat on the floor as the floor could be slippery because of the use of soap.

No luggage storage, this needs to be looked into by management and create a luggage storage room Two single beds side by side so if room is full then 2 strangers have to basically sleep next to each other which is not nice for the amount of money you pay

The hotel is clean and easy to reach (the subway is 5mins tops from the hotel). Rooms are comfortable and both towels and sheets are free. The staff is super kind!

The bed was quite uncomfortable; I could feel every spring, which made getting comfortable difficult. The room was also stuffy, however I'm sure if I had asked to open a window or turn on the fan, it would've been fine.

I had to stay in Vienna for the night, as I had a very early flight to catch, so I don't have a lot of feedback, however, it was good for the purposes I needed.

Great room in quiet neighborhood on public transit lines. Very convenient for travelers. The bicycles were in good shape and highly functional. The room and bathroom comfortable.

I received a message from my bank that the payment had not been made and I contacted the facility. They told me that the payment had not passed to their accounts, so I canceled and made a new reservation because I was afraid of being exposed. If they had told me that we would receive the payment when you get here, of course I would not have done it. Because the company misled me. When I went on the day I made the reservation, the hotel took payment by card. Later, when I looked at my account transactions, I saw a second payment and I was not satisfied with this service at all because the institution did not accept its mistake. I never recommend

There was construction work behind the hotel which was very loud from 8am on week days.

Beds were comfy and room was clean. Hotel generally was very nice.

We have had parking in garage confirmed by hotel. Upon arrival tjere was no place in garage. Since we had to park on the overcrowded street where the parking is reservated mostly for locals in the morning we found parking ticket on our car. We booked this hotel, because they were offering garage.

Even though we informed them, calling several times and they said no problem, they charged us no-show fee when we could not make the first night because of the road. The receptionist first night was very rude and slow.

We stayed one more day without using booking. The receptionists that day very nice and helpful. They gave us free bicycle rentals and made our room ready earlier.

The Wi-Fi is really weak at the 2nd floor and pretty much unusable. I'd recommend trying to extend the network or something like that :) it's the only thing I can complain about

The room was dirty, there was hair in the shower (!!!). The hallway was also very dirty. Breakfast was overpriced, with hardly any choice.

Very expensive with no advantages the boys and men on the reception were nice and vey welcoming but there was only one woman on the reception who was not at all friendly not welcoming not nice at all. Breakfast less than average. The crazy unacceptable thing is that to keep the luggages in the hotel after check out meanwhile we have our flight, this service is not dor free it is paid!!!!! 6€ per bag!! This is hilarious!!! It is unseen in any of the hotels in the world!!!!
