Hotel minimalist in style and facilities , very basic breakfast. The interiors need more attention, like painting, or at least the room we had needs. Stained carpets on the hall floor. The bath ventilation didn't work and the room one had a broken lid.

The kitchen was a bit small, which might be inconvenient during busy times. Additionally, there was some noise from construction across the room, though this should be temporary. I used earplugs, but it's worth noting for future guests until construction is completed.

The hostel had a good design in the dining and lounge area, making it easy to meet new people, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The staff was exceptionally kind and attentive, always ensuring guests were satisfied and offering additional support. The room was spacious and comfortable, with separate shower and toilet areas, and amenities like soap, shampoo, towels and a hairdryer were provided. The overall vibe was so pleasant that I wished I could have stayed longer.

Each bed should have a lamp. Other than than the hostel is a very good place to stay in Vienna. Would consider the hostel again when in Vienna.

The facility was clean, clean towels and bedsheets. Each shared room had its own toilet and bathroom which is nice compared to other facilities where a complete floor share facilities. There is kitchen with amenities for cooking. If you fancy walking, it is about 30 minutes by foot to the city centre.

Lack of privacy, most hostels now have curtains, but this one didn't. Also, the bathroom wasn't cleaned during my stay (there were six of us, so it got really dirty). You also had to wake up others to keep the AC on when leaving the room, as the key card controlled the power. I understand that in a private room, but not in a dorm.

There are some things that weren't necessarily so great. The breakfast for €11.90 was a sub-optimal price for mediocre (yet all-you-can-eat) food. The kitchen also wasn't the cleanest considering it was shared by many people.

This place generally exceeded my expectations. It was a great price for what you got. The room had AC (GREAT for Viennan summers). My roommates were also great. The beds didn't creak meaning no one was woken up at night. The bathrooms had hand/body soap provided which was great. The bed was made for you and you got clean towels when needed. For a hostel, it was a really comfortable stay.

The kitchen is not really equipped with cooking pans or utensils, and also a little messy - could use some cleaning and better management of things people leave behind, along some equipment...

The staff were really helpful - my first night a very messy guest was eating and smoking in the room, and they switched my room and accompanied me to take my things, which made me feel really safe. I really appreciated their help.

The hotel resembles a youth hostel more than a traditional hotel, with smaller rooms and limited space for toiletries. Daily cleaning is not provided unless specifically requested, which can be inconvenient. Additionally, the shower was quite small, and the overall amenities were minimal.

The hotel offers a great price and is conveniently located close to our conference venue, making it a practical choice for attendees. The room, though modest, was comfortable and equipped with good air conditioning.

If you're visiting Vienna, this hotel is a fantastic find just 15 minutes from the city center. The rooms are spotless, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. What really makes this place special is its vibrant atmosphere—perfect for meeting fellow travelers and making new friends. I had an amazing stay and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

The most inappreciable detail was that the room only disposed two little stools were to sit... really unsuitable if you are sharing the room with four friends.

Nice hotel were to stay, clean and well organised. I really appreciated the splitting of the bathroom in two rooms, considering that I travelled with other four friends and this made everything much more easy during our stay. We slept comfortably, thanks to excellent bed facilities, and each member of the room had his own privacy. The room was wide and there was a window to refresh the environment when needed. I really recommend this staying.

Everything was good. The price of the room was a bit high but I assume it was cuz of the concerts cuz normally they're not that high.

I went to Vienna for Taylor Swifts concerts which sadly got cancelled but the hostel was very nice. They even played Taylor songs many many times and they were all so nice. The room was amazing. I stayed in one of the 4-Bed-Rooms and it was amazing. The people in the room were also swifties so it made it even better. There's air conditioning in the room which made it so pleasant cuz it was very hot outside. The beds were clean and comfy.
