The place underneath the bed where you are supposed to leave your baggage is impossible to lock. We spent hours trying to buy the right lock and make sure our bags were not accessible to others, but in the end, it was a matter of trust because the locks just didn't work for anyone in the room.

I lost my keycard and the stuff where nice enough to not charge me anything for it. The bathroom was better than expected.

Communal toilets sometimes in bad state, but once reported, action was taken. Tables in common area not the cleanest. Air con in room was a bit confusing, not sure how much it worked or not. It would be great to have a ventilator in the bathroom.

Room clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and you can buy delicious iced coffee at reception, plus ice cream (if they haven't sold out) and drinks. Bright and good shared kitchen. For the price, you can't beat it! Great for a group trip.

Slightly disappointed with the storage of your bags, which is common in a hotel. Here you have to pay 5€ per bag plus the booking fees on the website ended up for trolley and backpack 13€. And this wasn't communicated to us when we sent a message just that they have storage. Could have saved time and left it somewhere else .

The bathrooms get really dirty and I hate how austrian hotels and hostels in general have such a late check-in. It's not very practical when you fly in early at Vienna airport.

The staff are really nice and helpful and the location is great, near the U-bahn station. The beds are also comfortable.

Spotless, comfortable and perfect for a few days in Vienna. The place is not too noisy, the reception was helpful and efficient. The hostel it’s located a little bit further then expected but the public transportation is well connected and the metro station is a few minutes from the hostel. Over all a pleasant experience with more services then expected from a hostel, which made the staying even more enjoyable. I recommend it!

It is a bit expensive, that being said the whole of Vienna is expensive.

It is close to a metro station, and when you cross the river in the West, you get a lot of interesting attractions. The room was well furnished, the bathroom was clean and modern. The people at the front desk were helpful.

We had to wait 2 hours for the room. We arrived at 3.00pm and were given our rook keys, but the room was not cleaned from previous guest!! Then we waited till 5.00pm for our room to be cleaned, but again the room was not clean. There was hair on the floor and urine on the toilet seat. We just cleaned it ourselves with antibacterial tissue after that.

The hotel was very central and easy walking distance to the trains and public transports and all locations we wanted to go was walking distance. They also provide good breakfast.

Parking is a mess. No free parking place in the hotel garage. No parking possibility on the street. Next garage was 1km away… During breakfast only 1 sort of coffee…

The sheets on my bed looked like they were dirty and the shelf unit connected to my bed had toenail clippings in them which was rather gross. Other than that the room and bathrooms were very clean! It also would have been nice to have an extra socket to plug things in or a usb plug!

The bed was nice to sleep in and the room was arranged in a nice manner. Very spacious rooms!

The room was clean however the toilet caused really laud noise (problems with water reservoir) which didn't let us sleep well. But at the same time we had no desire to ask for another room at night.

The location is very good, the personnel was friendly and helpful. The restaurant recommendation from the administrator was super. The room was clean and cosy.

The location is a bit far from the main tourist things, and the closest metro and tram stations are a bit of a walk away. Take this into consideration if your are in Vienna for a short time like I was

Everything good, it's a nice place, clean. Friendly staff They offer a lot of services, they are extra and have a cost but it's nice they have them: breakfast, bike rental, and others.
