Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

CroatiaFrom the moment I arrived, I felt like I had walked into a squat rather than a hotel. The receptionist didn’t even greet me with a simple "hello." When I began stating my name, she was busy chatting with another colleague and didn’t hear me. I repeated myself, but she still ignored me to finish making a coffee (!?!). On the third attempt, she finally listened. Before saying anything else, she just handed me the card machine to pay immediately, and that was pretty much the entirety of our interaction. When I got to the room, it was even worse. The walls were filthy and rundown—absolutely disgusting. The most revolting part, though, was the hair on my bed and towel—a literal bundle of hair. Disgusting! On top of that, the carpets in the hallways look like they haven’t been cleaned in the last 30 years—filthy and awful. Throughout my stay, nothing was done to address these issues. Towels weren’t replaced; I had to go to reception and ask for new ones myself. The breakfast is not even worth mentioning—well below average and terrible. The only good thing about this hotel is the location; nothing else. I would never stay here again.

SerbiaMy bed was next to the window and I was *freezing*. There is no radiator nor other heating device below window, so I had to cover myself with my winter jacket during nights. No closing wardrobe, just small shelves (too small for 3-bed room) Staff was not so much attentive (except one wonderful black girl), so there was generally no welcoming feeling during the stay. Guest kitchen is way too small and not so well-equipped, and you can't eat in the hotel restaurant during the day (also cannot order any food-to-go, except if you ask for it the day before). Can't pay for coffee, fridge drinks or breakfast with cash, only by card. Generally cold and somewhat unwelcoming mood.
Everything was clean, functioning, bathroom was perfect, you can come and leave 0-24, window street view is nice, it's quiet area, a few stores and fast-foods are nearby

GermanyThe AC in the room was not able to keep a decent temperature in the room. It worked, but was not made for summer. At least we could open the window, to have sleep.
Clean room and the bathroom was also nice. breakfast was nothing special, but tasty.

HungaryWe have received a (mansard) room on the top floor and it was way smaller than in the confirmation. The staff was very unprofessional, they have no idea about (austrian) hospitality. Some members did not speak German. There was no warm food option at breakfast. We expected more for a room 140 Eur/night.
Great location, close to the center and subway station. A Penny supermarket is just next door.

LithuaniaThere were no glasses, nor cups in pur room, but you can take them from a kitchen on the ground floor. Also tv was only in german and had 3 channels. But for the TV part I don’t know if its hotels fault.
Close to the centre (30 min by foot) , clean and cozy. Staff was very friendly and outgoing, helpfull when in need of information. The hostel has a small kitchen downstairs that you can use to cook, which is very convenient if you are stayong for a longer period of time.

GreeceIt’s so difficult to park the car. There is no free space to park. So many rooms and only 20 cars can park for free. Otherwise you have to pay 39€ for one night. The price of the room is 75€. Is a decent price but not cheap.
Clean, decent, cozy, very nice.
