We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

AustriaOverall good for a night but pricy compared to other accommodations along the AAT hiking trail. The studio was superficially maintained (effort put into the look/style of the studio) but would need some more substantial maintenance (e.g. shower cabin was half broken). The washing powder/softener of the bed sheets was very intense (our stuff and hair still smelled like it days after..)
Availability, Staff/owner is very welcoming (especially for Dutch vacationists)

Polandthe room we got was in the basement - ground floor. it was very cold and damp. there was water on the wall in the bathroom. the floor bed has no protection against falling - a child cannot use it because it is dangerous. the worst thing was that every hour at night some pump turned on and it make some noise so we couldn't sleep all night at all.
It was clean. Owner was nice.

Well, that was just 1 overnight stay, I arrived late at night, while the owner was already sleeping and I have mistaken the appartaments, I took the larger one that I booked :) But there was no problem with that. Everything was clean and nice. This is the perfect location when you want to cross the Grossglockner the next day.

SlovakiaAgain in Molltaler Appartements and again I have to say thanks to the host... Perfect stay- the nights were quied and and the mornings were undisturbed by nothing and no one.. This time we were accomodated in ,,Wassefall,, apartment - super clean. The best is that Molltaler Apartements are situated in great area. Nice neighbors, very calm street ( no trafic at all)...walking area in the midle of beautiful nature.

SlovakiaI am happy to say that this accommodation exceeded our expectations. The location of the Apartments was right next to the forest but also close to the main road. We could walk our dogs right next to the forest. Our apartment had a front garden, which was only for us and our dogs. Extra clean equipment and everything we needed for our stay. We had breakfasts outside in the front garden with a beautiful view of the mountains. Next time we will extend our stay. Thank you very much !!!
