We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Mondshein Hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. They answered all our questions on sightseeing and willingly offered maps and booked tickets for us. The hotel is in a superb location, it was so easy to reach all the Christmas markets and sightseeing attractions on foot. And the bar was very welcome at the end of a long day!1

Location - at the beautiful strip of Innsbruck, and pretty close from the city centre. Breakfast options are pretty good, we get to taste different spread that we dont usually find in Australia or other Asian countries (chicken, liver, tomatoes, capsicum) and the.dining area is very cozy The Reception staffs were super friendly and helpful.

Price list in the room is not anymore respected, even the maximum amount listed - no transparency on the price We have been asking for a window seat for breakfast in the breakfast room and have been told those tables would be kept for larger groups… the next three duos got a window seat without asking for it…(since they had to seat somewhere) : so frustrating… Both aspects could be better manager but there is no real general management in the hotel.

Our stay was brief, one night, and for time we had everything was just fine.

The location was excellent. The customer service was exceptional. They helped with a mistake I made with the booking. They were also so incredibly helpful when my son got violently ill and had to be taken to emergency. They were kind, patient, and very helpful. Our stay was brief but it will be memorable. From the beautiful location and all the lovely experiences we had prior to my son being sick, to the kindness of the a hotel employees. ♥️👍🏼😊

Couldn’t open the bathroom door. Apparently they are renovating so these little annoying issues are on the list to be fixed.

Lovely selection of breakfast, great staff, excellent location with lovely views of the city and river. The only thing that I wasn't keen on was the pillow! Very soft (but everyone has a personal preference for pillows so I can't blame the hotel for that!) Very clean and quiet at night, even with the window open for a bit of a breeze (yes! The windows actually open!) Thank you for a lovely stay!

If there is anything to complain about it would be lack of a coffee maker in the room...not a big deal since they had complimentary coffee/espresso maker available in bar area 24/7.

Perfect location with easy access to city center and 20 minute walk to Hbf. Rooms are comfortable, good Wifi, had ample space, and great view of Inn River & City/Mountains. Breakfast was outstanding with many options available. Kudo's to the staff...from reception, breakfast room, and cleaning staff, all were professional, helpful, and courteous. Added bonus, while at breakfast each morning, cleaning staff spruced up our room, replaced towels, emptied trash etc during the short time we were out of our room for our morning meal. We will definitely return!

The staff was incredibly friendly, always eager to answer any questions we had. Even helped us find out which lift was still open as we had planned to go to the Top of Innsbruck but was closed for maintenance. Really good breakfast! The room cleaning was exceptional! Plus, you can’t beat that location.

The vehicle loading location for the hotel is about 40m from the entrance down a small sidewalk with cafe’s and bars so difficult to maneuver baggage through people. Secondly pillows were very light with material and only 1 per person, basically slept with folded sheet which did not provide much support for neck.

what's not to like

Family Suite was perfect and had so much space. Great value, perfect location to walk to great spots or catch a bus to anywhere. wonderful breakfast. absolutely recommend and would stay here again.
