the only thing that at night because of its popularity I suspect not enough chairs of comfy sofas enough for all to enjoy as it got crowded towards the weekend, this is the only low point so perhaps needs a bit of attention as it works on first comes first served! that is the only thing I was disappointed about.

I liked the location easy access to everything, very clean, staff excellent especially Jan the lady who helped us with our morning breakfast she was superb but equally the rest of the staff. The breakfast was Super! please keep up the standard as if you do I will keep rebooking with Motel One for sure!

Vienna is a very walkable city. The hotel is a tiny bit outside the main areas, however this allowed us to explore outside the attractions, and find some excellent restaurants. The staff were very accommodating, and everyone we met was very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble! We were given a free upgrade to a better room on the 16th floor, an amazing addition for new guests. The bar was great for a couple of drinks after a day of adventuring, a great way to wind down before heading up for the night. Our view was fantastic, it was great to see the city both day and night. Would highly recommend staying here, or at any of the Motel One locations.

Location was great, opposite the station and where the Vienna Airport Line bus stops. There are lots of shops, a supermarket and places to eat at the station and it gives you access to the underground, trams, buses and the regional trains

The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable with a great view of the city. The location is unbeatable—right next to the main train station, which made getting around Vienna incredibly easy. The breakfast was fresh and varied, with plenty of healthy and delicious options to start the day.

There was a problem with ventilation: I had to sleep with my window open. It was quiet nevertheless. There was no fridge and no coffee/tea making facilities, which would have been nice. Breakfast was expensive and poor and the breakfast room is too small and crowded, tables too close to each other. All they offer is pastry, cold cuts and some muesli... I expected at least an omelet for this price.

The hotel is good for a short stay. Perfect for 1 person, might be too small for two. The room was cozy and quiet, bed was comfy, the bathroom was convenient and everything functioned well. Good wifi. Overall, I had a satisfactory stay and I would stay here again: the location is very convenient.

The rooms are well designed, very comfortable and super clean. Staff were friendly and helpful and we liked the cocktail bar. The breakfast buffet was extensive and good. The location so close to the station is brilliant especially if you have a lot of luggage and arrive tired. It also offers very easy access to central Vienna on the U-Bahn.
