Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The location is excellent, next to Prater Room was nice and cosy with an amaaazing view to Prater, yet it was silent. Staff is professional, kind and responsive. Breakfast was incredible, huge variety of delicious foods. Feels like a 4 star hotel. The best price-performance ratio possible.

It was very clean and comfort. The staff was helpful and polite but the big advantage is that was very close to metro station, just 3 minutes by foot. I will prefer it again

All was very good, maybe a bit more space in the room for clothes would be good.

I am plant based and I would've loved to see more plant based protein and plant based milk in the breakfast.
We travveled with pets and our pets had a water bowl, a mat and a pillow on the room. They are also allowed into a sector of the breakfast buffet, which is awesome for pets wit Seprataion and Anxiety. The location is the best. A big beautiful park for the pups, subway is metger away, great restaurants in the area

The Breakfast could offer some hot food, and the guy at the bar was fairly saying that people cannot fall asleep on the sofa in the night, because there the bar was open at the night, we were waiting for the time to get to the airport to catch the flight later, so we been during the night waiting on the sofa and my Mum naturally, because she was exhausted at some point closed her eyes a bit, the guy seemed to be annoyed explaining us that she couldn't sleep, which I understand, but I just didn't like the way. Another guy came from reception and kindly explained us with some more empathy and tried to help us to move somewhere else in the building where she could rest undisturbed.
Everything was clean, and organised , people also helpful

there are two things that prevailingly really disturbed: - prepayment (so payment upon arrival, without this they won't show you even the room!) in such class hotel is almost a cheekiness, even more that I didn't find before any info about this (wouldn't have chosen this hotel) - if their parking below the hotel is full (as I understood as well accessible to non-customers?) you have to choose the public parking for Wien Prater; with parking not allowed in front of the hotel loading-unloading as any other transport to the hotel is uncomfortable - for the same price like below the hotel! :(

6,5 € / 0,7 l / bottle of still drinking water...auch! No kettles, glasses or proper cups in rooms. Bed mattresses could be harder- we found them way too soft.
Great location, a few steps from metro station and Prater. Nice bar, really good breakfast, lovely and helpful staff. It was a pleasant stay in general.

The location was brilliant, a short walk from the metro station which was easy to use. The theme park was an added bonus on your door step, and my partner loved the sports bar across the road.
