Even though the hotel is low-budget, could be good to have slippers and bottle of water at the room.

I was travelling to work and location was comfortable for me. 2 metro stations are nearby and easy to reach the city centre. Staff was very friendly.

There was no coffee or tea available in the room. The room walls were thin, I could hear my neighbours snoring.

I like the location pretty much. Being close to a big park (Prater) and 3 stops away from the busy and noisy downtown makes it an ideal place for visiting a city me. Good restaurants nearby, relaxing environment in the hotel and safe parking place where you can leave the car even after the checkout.

Very inviting to stay and have a drink in the bar. The room was lovely with a beautiful view to the Prater and the beds were really comfortable .

It could have been several types of eggs during the breakfast.

The best thing was the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom. It felt good to spend time there like that. New/soft towels, comfortable bed, nice interior, well equipped room.

The entire experience of Vienna & the hotel was amazing. The staff were extremely friendly and supporting. Also, helped understanding the underground and where to go as a solo traveller. I would go back again if I could.

The room was big and the location of the hotel was brilliant for where I wanted to go. I can not fault the hotel. The concert I was planning to attend unfortunately got cancelled and I left after only staying for one night but I really can't fault the hotel. The staff were friendly even though they were dealing with a lot at the time due to events in Vienna. The terrace outside was beautiful and the food and drinks in the restaurant/ bar where really good. Prater is right next door and the train stations close by can take you anywhere.

If you’re there for work or without kids please note that a lot of families with children are in the hotel, which causes a bit of chaos and excitement at breakfast and in the elevators. There’s lovely garden courtyard which I wanted to have breakfast in, but there were too many wasps to make it possible .

It’s a short walk from the underground and if you want to visit the fairground you’re really really close by. The breakfast is fine and the rooms are clean and exactly what you need them to be .

The wifi is awful and does not work in the room. I asked reception for a room with a better signal but was told there were none and that they were aware of the internet issues. If you need wifi in your room then I would check with the hotel before booking.

Motel-one Brand is always eye catching and the rooms well designed. The bar and restaurant were very nice as was the beer garden.

Communication was very difficult. It took for days for the hotel to respond to my messages. I eventually only got a reply on the day of arrival - about 1h before I started my trip to Vienna.

The hotel was exceptionaly clean, staf was amazing and above all the design was modern but cosy. The location was perfect, near to public transport. We enjoyed it so much that we will come back and visit the same in other locaions. Motel One keep up the same level, you are really doing a great job.

The room was very clean. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, really happy with my choice. In reality the hotel has less design details than what you accept but in the end I was happy with the room and the hotel. If you have time go around the city for the breakfast, if not hotel’s breakfast is standard typical good, mostly organic.

Breakfast buffet was very crowded. Hardly found acplace to sit at a table.

We missed a small fridge from the room, or a minibar.

The reception is very helpful, the bar stuff also very kind. The hotel is clean and nice, and being in good area nearby the Prater. Has got a garage, it was very important for me. Nice view to the Prater from the window.

A little bit too „minimalistic“ may be (motel one is a chain and no rooms have a mini bar, or a tea cattle, or any complimentary stuff in the bathroom). A possibility to buy (at least) water (vending machine?) would be nice. The bar is nice though.

The hotel „Prater“ has nice and quiet rooms, is clean, gas good WIFI, good air conditioning; it‘s close to a huge university campus, some restaurants (Neni‘s f.e. with a rooftop); the „Praterstern“ (direct connection to the airport) is reachable in 5 Minutes on foot and the inner city is not far away either (3 -4 underground stops). The staff is extremely nice and efficient.
