United KingdomThe shower was not great, with half the sprayers not working, but the temperature was consistent which was good. You had to return the key before you left every day but then not show any proof you were staying in that room to collect the key, which is a huge security red flag to me. We also had house keeping come into our room THREE TIMES unannounced, once when I was mid way through changing. This put us on edge for the rest of the stay as there was no way of locking the door from the inside. I have never experienced that before in a hotel. The beds are very uncomfortable, and the pillows leave a lot to be desired. They also put apple juice and water in your room THESE ARE NOT COMPLIMENTARY. Overall, I wouldn't really recommend
The location is amazing, right next to the D line tram which took you everywhere you would want to go in Vienna. The receptionists were polite. The room was very big, and had good air conditioning.

GermanyIt was so overpriced for two nights. For a pretty run down/old hotel with nothing but a small room with a bed and a leaky shower
breakfast buffet was okay. Not the biggest variety of options but not bad. We were offered a free breakfast because of the Taylor Swift cancellation, that was very wholesome. The staff was so incredibly friendly and sweet. They gave us great tips on what to do around the city. Location is also pretty good about 20 minutes from the City Center with the tram D.

LithuaniaDuring the evening, we went to bed early and when someone else takes a shower you can hear like a waterfal would start in the batbrom. I even went to check if all pipes were fine as I thought something is wrong. Only then realised that someone is showering above us. Cheery on the top - the staff. The guy who checked us in - lovely and helpfull, the other one who was there later on - shouldn’t work with people. My friend and I entered the hotel with two buggies (one each) and she was behind me nor only with the buggie but the baby in her arms too. Apparantly, we didn’t close the first door (absolutely not on purpose) so the guy at the reception was standing there, watching us struggle and after we came in he was trying to be funny and said - the doors are not automatic and my mum tought me to close it behind me. Well, his mother didn’t teach him manners.
