We wished we stayed longer!

The staff were extremely friendly. The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast had lots of options which were always topped up. The sauna and steam room facilities were a lovely added bonus too.

Nice hotel! Modern, cozy and clean. There is a ski bus stop nearby, which allows easy access to all the lifts of the Saalbach-Hinterglemm resort. After skiing, you can relax in the sauna. There is also a warm room for storing skis and boots. Comfortable bed. Tasty and varied breakfast. The staff is polite. We liked everything very much. If we visit these places again, we will definitely choose this hotel!

The road was a little busy but this was because of the ski world championships being held there, so I couldn't really complain.

Staff and hotel are lovely, the rooms and facilities are modern and very comfortable. Great location for the ski circuits, shops and lifts.

Great place. Overall refurbished but a few minor things to fix in the room. It’s not really a walking distance to the lifts, however bus station to Lifts is really close. In addition a good breakfast buffet.

It would be great if they had an evening dinner option or restaurant open which would make it possible to eat without going out at night.

Friendly, clean, well located and a great breakfast selection. The entire were friendly and helpful at all times, especially Nadia and Ronnie at reception. We enjoyed our stay.

I liked everything about it expect the fact that they did not specify that the kicker card was only for summer. I specifically booked the hotel because I thought the card was included and I would be able to use the lifts while skiing. I even asked them before making the booking about what a joker card was but they never mentioned it was only for summer. They said it was a card that included the lift facilities etc. I was only made aware of it after my arrival

The parking in front of the building is not very friendly with regular cars that are not SUVs. I almost bottomed out on the hump.

Hard to find anything that we didn’t like really.. WiFi seemed to log us out every day.

We had a great stay, this hotel was pretty much perfect for our needs. Hotel room was comfortable, spacious and clean, with nice furnishings. We stayed 3 nights, came here for a bike trip. Location is great whether you heading to Saalbach or Hinterglemm. We appreciated the bike wash station and the bike room, where you could lock your bike and even charge. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful, with good variety. All hotel was clean and the saunas were a great addition to use after a long day of biking. Just what you need! Hotel staff was courteous and helpful when we needed anything. I will be booking this hotel again when returning back.

The terrace was big but we missed some more furniture such as a deck chair, clothes dryer rack.

The location was good, the center of Saalbach is close and Hinterglemm was also reachable in 25 minutes on a very nice and wide road near the Saalach river. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was comfy too, we have a very big terrace what we loved very much.

The room we got was facing the main street and it was quite noisy, because of the cars always passing by we couldn’t get a good sleep. Our room also didn’t have a mini bar/ mini fridge.

The location is slightly far from the town but it wasn't a big deal.

The room is small but enough for two people. The breakfast was great with many options of bread, cheese, eggs and other sorts of dairy and granola. It is possible to dine at the hotel restaurant. It was great to have spa facilities in-house to relax after skiing. The sauna and the relaxing rooms were not luxurious but still very comfortable. Great to have an easily accessible ski-room too. Location is close to the bus stop, though it takes a while to figure out the bus schedule.
