On the top floor, the roof window would gather water and drip. The bed is right underneath it and it woke me up several nights as it dripped on my arm.

The pizza restaurant downstairs is very nice!

Because the location was in 19th district, it is pretty far off from the downtown (center), of this city, so if you want to take for a example a taxi, you may need to pay up to 20 euros, which is a lot. The mattress wasn't fixed on the bed, while comfortable, it also starts to move around, so I had to fix it from time to time. The walls are not sound proof, unfortunately, you may be able to hear the neighbors voices, which is not that great during the night. Some information are not properly explained or missing (like how to close the door, when in the room, because is not based on a key but rather a button), had to ask the folks from the restaurant, to understand.

The apartment was indeed good enough, clean, with a large bathroom. They offered free coffee and tea, which was really helpful. The bed was comfortable. The location was in 19th district, which it is safe to go outside during the night, you have a McDonald's around and a supermarket. I was able to do the check-in and check-out online, without having to deal with the reception.

There was not really a reception. You picked up the key from the restaurant. The walls are thin, and you could hear everything happening in other rooms close by. The mattress kept moving, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The ceiling light needs to be cleaned periodi ally as there were dead insects in the cover.

The location was very close to the tram. The room was big and clean. It was also well stocked with basic things. It was cheaper than all I could find in Vienna, but I suppose it is just outside Vienna. It was easy to get to from the airport.

Rooms very hot during the night and no reception to contact. The lift late at midnight did not work or 8 in the morning. Guests shouting and you hear everything and no reception to refer this.no fridge in the rooms first time I see this.no garbage bin on the triple room.we stayed there 4 nights and the cleaning lady came on the 3rd day.in the bathroom no amenities except for a soap for hair and body. Bring your own.not even a cup for toothbrushes

I wish the room doors had deadbolts on them. They had button locks on the doorknob, which are technically the same, but I am a bit paranoid so I would have liked to have a way to lock the door that was more visible, if that makes sense, so that I could double check it cannot be opened from the outside. In addition, the holder of the toilet paper was a bit flimsy and would sometimes jump out, so I ended up using a toilet paper roll on its own instead of inserting it in the wall.

The single rooms are larger than I expected, well equipped, and very comfortable. Checking in and out was very easy.
