Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We stayed 4 nights and our room wasn’t cleaned once . We had to do it ourselves. Very disappointed

Pretty far from the city center. Rooms have to be cleaned more thoroughly, there was hair in the shower from previous guests ((
Room was quiet spacious, coffee machine, tea supplies as well as water provided. Few restaurants nearby (one in the same building), easy self check in procedure and smooth communication with personal online

Location) it’s the train stop close to the hotel. 15-20 minutes and you are in the heart of Vienna

There were only 3 hangers in the cupboard. We would have liked more but, because we arrived late, we did not take the time to try and find how to get them.
Everything was as described. There were no surprises upon our arrival. The room was spacious, with a good shower and coffee & tea available. It was close to a tram stop that got us quickly to the city centre.

We did not receive a code for the enterence. We received it when we asked through the chat one hour later.
Close to the station and great connection with tram. Nice and clean room.

Although overall cleaning is good, in detail it should be improved. There were very dusty places in the bathroom. There were some dead flies on the lamp.
The self-check-in process was so easy and all details were provided before it. The process was so smooth. As a family, we stayed one night, but if I will visit Vienna once again, I will probably choose the same place.

TV had a small issue - didn't really work with the remote. But overall everything was great!

It is a bit further out from the city, but having the tram #38 made it very manageable. Coffee pods were left, but no idea what the colors represented (regular, decaf, etc). We didn't have time to try the pizza restaurant next door. :(
The self check was flawless. Communication with host was great. Bed comfortable, nice bathroom and quiet area. Close to tram #38 to get you into town.

No information about parking options (between 9:00AM - 10:00PM parking with payment), no fridge in the room

Room 105 - The kettle smelled terrible we could not boil water. Mattereses were sliding in the night and the next rooms noise was inside.

Bed was very soft (uncomfortable soft for a 95kg person) and the room was very hot even in November, maybe because of restaurant kitchen below our room!

The bed was not comfortable (mattress was moving around the bed, too softy). The lift was interesting (started moving before doors closed).
It was easy to check in. Apartments was clean and well prepared. Location was good, easy to reach, next to metro. Also restaurant at the hotel was awesome and personal in restaurant was very kind. Overall I would recommend to stay in this hotel, the price and quality is very good.
