Staffs are very helpful. Room was okay it’s just that there is only 1 pillow but overall staying was really good. And it’s close to the tram station which is very accessible for everything.

Welcome, Restaurant/Kitchen opening hours, Breakfast (very good), Service level were very good. We were allowed to stay in the breakfast area at our table with a spectacular view on the "Nordkette" to do some work on our notebooks until it was time to leave.

A single problem with one of our rooms (that was in the basement/lower ground floor of the building) where the bathroom did not have any ventilators, nor windows - so it wasn't pleasant in certain circumstance (after using the toilette).

Absolutely wonderful breakfast! And the view is amazing! These two are by far the best "features". We enjoyed our stay, the room was clean and comfortable. Very happy we had private parking spots. Overall it was nice and good value for money.

Two separate beds pushed together instead of a double/queen size bed. But it's something that's typical for Europe, so that was expected.

The property is now part of a hotel (which is not very clear, even when you try to look for the house - you expect to find a traditional house, and you and up in the reception of a hotel). Also, you can tell the focus was mainly on the hotel and not on the actual old house. The property is still taken care of but you can see that there has been no renovation in a long time. The showers were a bit moldy and not very clean, the shower door could not be closed fully.

Great location - close by the ski slopes, with easy access to the city. Good breakfast variety. The rooms are big.

Very good location, with the tram stop few meters away, Innsbruck can be reached in about 20 minutes. The staff is very kind and helpful. Excellent breakfast. The room was also good and comfortable, although not very big (we were four people, two adults and two kids). I would definitely recommend it.

They didn't give us a room with a view of the mountains, while we booked one. Also, there was no option to control heating in the room, especially the washroom got really cold.

Hard to find, especially in the dark and parking is very tricky. The hotel needs to provide clearer information that the guesthouse is an older annex to a modern hotel and that everything is really done through that hotel.

The triple room is a bit tight for three persons, but for a few nights it is doable.

Very friendly staff, and nice breakfast buffet. Location wise, only a few meters from the train station and with the welcome card you travel to innsbruck free of charge. Very good intermediate point for travelers.

Location is a bit remote in a small village with little facilities. Not recommended for a visit to Innsbruck, but perfect for a stopover.

At the end of July we've got floor heating "on" at the time we'd prefer to have a conditioner and unfortunately the staff was not able to turn it "off" right away.

We had a nice, quiet and spacious room with a great breakfast. And we even saw a badger just next to the hotel on the evening stroll!
