Staff were incredibly helpful, nothing was to much, they went above and beyond- they even had the rain covered as they handed out umbrella’s so you could still enjoy the day! Welcomes drinks, Cooke’s and sweets on hand and the break was brilliant. I would highly recommend

Lovely staff, great decor, very comfortable room with excellent shower and facilities. Lots of nice little touches, fruit available in reception, a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival, travel passes, chocolates on check out. The most amazing breakfast buffet. €25 is a lot for breakfast and almost put me off, but what an incredible selection there was. Would definitely want to use this hotel again.

Easy to get to from rail station. Great location. Fantastic breakfast. Nice gesture to leave a bottle of prosecco in your room on arrival. All of the staff were friendly and helpful

Bed could have been comfier. The lights didn't fill the whole room so it was dark by the mirrors.

Friendly staff and stylish rooms. Enjoyed our welcome tea and lovely touch with bottle of prosecco in the room and chocolates at check out.

Unique rooms but well set up. I loved the little garden entrance. Wish I had stayed longer. The room was great and the city is interesting with wonderful hikes and mountains.

Absolutely nothing - it was 10/10.

Great location! A very easy walk to the centre of the town. The room we had was beautiful and so clean with a lovely view of the mountains. The welcome bottle of Prosecco was a lovely touch! Staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was an issue for them. Thanks so much - we had a brilliant stay. 100% would stay again 😊

The fact that The recepcionist waited for us that were supposed to arrive short after midnight. They thought we would arrive later, só they called me to inform they had sent me an email with info for self check in . Also The welcome surprise they have in The rooms .

Spacious room, super clean, comfortable! Excellent location, with restaurants, transportation, and the historic center a short walking distance away. The staff was very friendly and gave us precise tips to make the most of our time in Innsbruck. We'd definitely come back!!
