United StatesThe provided hair dryer kept shutting off wasn’t a big deal and we didn’t ask for it to be replaced. But if I had washed my hair during our stay this would’ve been an inconvenience. Housekeeping did not fully clean our room on the last night there…again not a big deal but we didn’t understand why only a partial clean was done (trash emptied and towels replaced.
This property is conveniently located to underground and within walking distance to main terminal and city center. Our room was clean and bed’s comfortable. The staff at reception was extremely friendly and offered suggestions on what to see during our stay. We were concerned about room facing street and being near to elevator but we had no problem with any noise during our stay.

AzerbaijanThis hotel does not have a reception, you have to go to reception Imlauer hotel on the opposite side. And you will need to ask for slippers, toosh pastes in the reception. They were not in the room. There were small hairs in the bathtub, I hope I will not see such a thing next time :)
The hotel is not very far from the city center, it is about 20 minutes by walk. There is a Billa market near the hotel. I liked the street of the hotel very much, it was not noisy. The room was big. The staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good :)

RomaniaIt is a classic Austrian hotel: the same breakfast every single day( I honestly think it was mentioned in the hotel’s birth-certificate and they really can’t to modify an item), the room was neutre, without any trace of warmth or personality and the room temperature I think respects the current economic situation and doesn’t overpass 15-19 degrees.
Maybe, the amability of some persons from the staff.

SwitzerlandThe reception is not polite at all. When you call, you cannot reach them. They said that the electric charging stations and normal parking areas are full. It did not sound convincing at all. They said that I had to park my car hundreds of meters away. The rooms are clean, the location is good. However, the metrosexual gentleman with black nail polish and earrings working at the reception was not helpful at all about parking and charging my car and was not polite.

The property and room was clean. Breakfast was expensive but of above average quality. Breakfast staff was terrific, accommodating cheerfully my need for gluten-free bread. The desk staff was very helpful and kind.

IrelandOverall, this hotel unfortunately did not meet the review level it has received here, we were very disappointed given what we paid! The paint and carpet in halls could do with updating, the sink in our bathroom (409) is damaged. The bed was not comfortable and needs updating. The coffee machine seemed to only work intermittently (pods fall straight through machine without holding where needed). We booked a deluxe room, it was provided on the 5th floor at the start, however there is construction of the building right next door and attached, scaffolding up etc. Our room on the 5th floor was right next to it, there was loud banging and general construction noises. We phoned reception, they then changed our room to 409, although we don't know how they couldn't have known this in advance?! Then in room 409, unfortunately there were still other very irritating noises that went on late into the night, that sounded like rumbling, or at one point we thought it was furniture moving in the room next door.. On the first 3 nights we just left it assuming it must have been next rooms, but on the 4th night, when we just couldn't sleep with it going on after 1am, we phoned reception. The man who was nice, came up, heard the noises, agreed with us, but said there was nothing he could do, he would get a technician the next day. No apology and nothing offered at all the next day on check out. In fact, the information wasn't even passed on, as the receptionist didn't know.
The location was good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

BulgariaThe room didn't look as spacious as it was shown in the booking photo. It was much narrower and uncomfortable. There was layer of dust on the TV stand. For the four days of stay, the bed linen was not changed, which I don't think is a normal practice for a four-star hotel.
The hotel is located in a pleasant neighborhood, on a quiet street, a maximum of 5 minutes walk to the nearest subway station. It is a 15-20 minute walk to the Prater and a 20-25 minute walk to Stephanplatz, in the center. Good breakfast, excellent service by the staff.

Bulgariathe public transportation around is not good, the underground train line is the purple which is the worst in Vienna. Internet is very bad almost does not exist. pillows and blanket are absolutely not comfortable.

MaltaI booked a superior room , the one I had had nothing to do with what I booked- it was actually the attic Ac system was turned off as according to staff weather was getting cooler. they decided for me if wanted it or not - after complaining ( and they answered it's their decision) they have turned the system on again.

RussiaWe were settled on the 6 floor, which elevator couldn't reach. Sometimes water wasn't really hot. And yet it costed us more then €200 per night. Entrance to the parking (which costed us another €26) didn't work even once, we always had to call staff.
