I didn’t like the fact that the room was not very clean, the beds were creaky and the taps and shower was very old. The price was also quite steep for what I paid for plus breakfast is not included.

I liked the location, very well situated and also liked the staff.

During our three-night stay, we encountered bed bugs on the first night. Unfortunately, my wife’s body was completely covered in bites before we realized the issue. The hotel is a bit old and the interiors are of very old fashion with dirty carpet at ground and old furniture. Pillows were not comfortable. Poor ventilation in the bathroom. No air-condition and the floor stand fan made terrible sound throughout the night.

The staff was helpful(manager + night reception), after knowing there were Bed-Bugs in the room they changed our room. - Offered us free breakfast.

Room was located next to a very busy road and there was no air conditioning. The temperature was around 30C so the windows needed to be open but the traffic noise was very high so sleeping was difficult.

Evening reception staff were very unhelpful & unfriendly, never saw her smile once in our 3 day stay. Breakfast staff were not any better. However girl in reception when we checked out was lovely, very friendly & helpful. No facilities for a drink, not even a coffee in the evening. No air con, so room was roasting. Couldn’t get another fan, even though 3 of us in the room.

Location is perfect. There are Tram stops right next to the hotel. We can store our luggage in the Hotel's luggage room and explore the city if we arrive before the check in time.

This room was actually worse than the room we got the first time. The room was dirty and everything was really dated. Staff were friendlier and the cleaner was very accommodating. The door was a struggle to close. Strange wall painting

Hotel room was very dated. Stains and old furniture throughout, lift sometimes smelt like the toilets on the below ground floor, didn't have AC or a fridge, shower got really hot which was nice.

During our stay in hotel was "broken/not worked" door locker - was not possible to get into room. Reception had to changed batery on door locker - after that start working.

Good position of hotel, very near to old centrum. Near the hotel was also underground garages. Breakfest was good. Room equipment looks very old but it was clean. Bathroom also looks very old - but also clean.

It's just there's ni english channel on the TV, we don't understand the language so we were not able to watch tv with our stay in the hotel.

Room was old, not that clean. Breakfast was scarce, staff was very unprofessional, rushing us through the whole thing because we were the last clients that needed to eat, but we still had 1 hour left. They started taking things away at 9.10 when breakfast closed at 10.00, we barely had time to grab something and had nothing left after we sat down....we felt rushed through it, honestly not good for a 16€ breakfast, I should be allowed to enjoy it.

The staff at the reception was kind enough, the hotel itself was quite close to the main attractions, a 15 minutes walk to the railway for the fortress and a 10 minutes walk to the center.
