A kettle and instant coffee is an outdated option for coffee making facilities in the room. Would have appreciated some type of coffee machine (filter, pods), instant coffee is not acceptable for a 4 star hotel. The glass protection in the shower did not properly fit so water was spilling out when showering.

Buffet was fantastic the night before the marathon we weren’t told about it though just happened to check out on our way out for food . It was v disappointing to see an attempt to charge people for the toilets use that morning, it would have been a good will gesture to have a sign encouraging people in and maybe selling T or coffee . We left our keys on our finish line bags and had to argue to use the toilet ! Fabulous Chinese restaurant close by & the Danube park ru is a must

Room was OK but could be improved by: Providing free bottled water More electrical sockets and better placed - the ones on the desk under the shelf would not fit non-European adaptors with additional USB ports on the top. We had to unplug the lamps to charge our devices. Breakfast was quite expensive and had to wait for bacon and eggs to be cooked. Would be better to have pre-cooked bacon and just have omelettes freshly cooked.

There is no parking place. I specifically filtered hotels with parking, but then I was asked to park on the street. So, I had to go around the block and search for a free parking space among locals. It does not feel right to occupy parking place if there might be some local person to come later.. On top I was not feeling secured, so I had to move much more luggage to my room. Well, after 9 hours driving, it was not what I would enjoy. I was ready to take a bath and fall asleep. Instead, I was running between the room and car..

Services: The bar staff provided great service! The ladies at the reception were always very helpful and had a great smile. There is also a convenient little kiosk by the reception in case you forgot something. Location: It is very close to a train station that will take you to town, and there is a park behind the park that is very big and a lovely place to go for a walk. Although it is not close to the city centre, there is a Westfield mall which is a 15 minute walk from the hotel, in case you forgot something. Our room also had a nice view of the mountains. Amenities: Great coffee machine in the room, a bath tub.

Location was perfect, it was near to the subway station, there was a shopping mall near to the Hotel (Westfield Donau Zentrum) had something to do on the last day, Straight transfer from the hotel to the airport and back, bus stop was right in front of the hotel.

I stayed at NH Danube City with my family. We booked two standard rooms initially, but they upgraded us to a superior room with great city views and a coffee maker. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was some miscommunication regarding breakfast, but the manager resolved the issue immediately, and we were all happy. The airport line bus stops right in front of the hotel, and the metro station is just a 5-minute walk away. While there aren’t many good restaurants nearby, if you take the metro to the next station, you’ll find a large food mall with excellent restaurants. Overall, it was a great trip, and the public transport in Vienna is first class.
