The beddings are not so comfortable but manageable (pillows are so thin)

Great location, close to train station and the Vienna Convention Centre. Rooms are quite spacious with needed facilities and the heating is good in winter.

Very easy access from the airport. Go to Bus stop No. 09 and take Vienna Airport Line Bus 03 in the direction of Donauzentrum and get off at Julius Payer Gasse stop. The buses run every hour. The return journey to the airport is from the doorstep of NH Hotel and the buses run 05 minutes past the hour. Great location and short walk to Westfields Shopping Centre at Donauzentrum. Easy train access to Vienna city from Alte Donau station near the hotel. The room was good size and very comfortable. The pre-arrival online check-in allows you to select your room. The only drawback was having to spend nearly 25 minutes to check-out as there was a large tour group at the reception and only one staff member working.

The room facilities are a bit old, maybe not fully worth the money you pay.

The breakfasts was really good and the staff helpful. Very close to the VIC and well connected to the city centre. It’s a place that make sense if you’re there for work.

We didn't know that on weekends you can park at the hotel. We were searching the garage house, the one recomended was closed.

The bed was not as comfortable as I wished it would be, but this is subjective as I am very pretentios of the mattress 😅

The location was amazing, we had a panoramic view of the island on which the hotel is located, and we could see how the Danube was hugging the island. We had paid for breakfast everyday as well, it was very consistent and there were so many options, including dairy-free and vegan options, which we appreciated. We had dinner during 2 evenings at the hotel and the food and cocktails were amazing. Worth trying the Hugo and the Vienese schnitzel there, it's the best I had. Very close to the city center, easy traveling with the metro (uban), but we also took a walk on foot to appreciate the modern architecture of the buildings and to visit some swans and ducks on the river. Overall, amazing experience. 😁

Most of the staff was very friendly. Grab any in room extras from the grocery store a few doors down because the price for water, munchies, etc in hotel is over the top.

Great room and big washroom. Very comfortable with decent amenities like Nespresso coffee pods great tea choices, etc. Although I had to call for an iron, it arrived quickly. Great location. Not in the city centre but close to subway and so easy to get around.

The only negative for me is the that orange juice served wasn't fresh.

Hotel is in great location, between two metro stations of U1 which is the central line and just a few stops from center e.g. Stephanplatz. Breakfast was great as it offered big variety of foods eveb for vegan and also a chef preparing omelettes and eggs on the spot. Rooms have space and they offer many amenities. Important is that they are cleaned every day. In another thing which is positive that next to hotel there is a pharmacy and a super market, which was important for us. I highly recommend this hotel as although it is a bit far from center it is directly connected with subway/metro and also it is very close to Danube river and Danube tower for those who are interested to visit it.

to be honest I didn't find something I didn't like. For his price is very very good

Vienna itself is a destination. However where you choose to stay is important. Now this hotel has very good breakfast is very very close to Metro station. Which is important. And also the staff was willing to assist in some of our needs. Its a big hotel.

The room is not completely soundproof, so you could hear some walking, and one night, it sounded like a washing machine was on in the middle of the night (or something similar); this was not so nice. And I would say the pillows are quite uncomfortable.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We didn't have breakfast included, but one day, we decided to stay and have breakfast there; it had nice options and a bit of everything. The room was spacious, bathroom as well. Very close to the Metro station, not a long walk.

We didn’t had slippers, the floor was a bit smelly and the cleaning lady didn’t really clean.. she left the dirty towels

Room was way too warm and not able to control the heating, had to leave the window open during the night to be comfortable. This was our only complaint on an otherwise great stay.

Location perfect, just a short walk to the U-bahn and quickly into the city centre.
