They don't pick up the laundry, you need to deliver to the reception, but it's fine.

There was not that much I did not like about the hotel as it was not my first time staying there. The room had everything I needed to work and do things I needed.

The hotel and hotel facilities were very good. The staff is very friendly and it is a walking distance to a conference centre I was attending. The area is very nice and safe.

I paid the whole staying at the check-in time. At check-out, the lady from reception told me to pay the staying by insisting even I told her that I paid. After another lady came and told her that it os already paid after showing her something in the screen of the PC, she said OK to me. It was indeed an unpleasant situation to me.

Room was clean, except the carpet. Housekeeping left room each time in very clean condition.

We started off with a room looking over the street, it was too noisy to open the window, so we asked to be moved to the back of the property. This was done easily and with no hassle. We really enjoyed the room looking out over the back, it was quiet, comfortable, spacious. The bathroom and beds very comfortable and clean. The hotel felt very peaceful although large and at a busy road. It was located really conveniently for subway stations, and within easy walking distance there is the Old Danube and some quaint good restaurants. The staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was just amazing. There were lots of healthy choices and wonderful coffee.

rooms are outdated and needs renovation . it seems like they have only renovated the lobby and the building facade but no time or money has been spent on the room decor which looks very old and shabby

I would have preferred a single big bed, i had twin beds. And being quite tall it was a bit awkward straddling with a division I. The middle.

Thr location, the soft pillows and bath tub. Breakfast was lovely too. Having water at the reception was great and the staff were really friendly. Room was very clean on arrival and the ambience was very nice. The coffee machine was a nice touch 👌

Location is good but away from downtown. You need to take the metro which is around 20 min.

The facilities and the staff were very friendly. The airport lines stops right next to the hotel which is great!

They added a mini shop with everyday essentials that was available 24/7 and cashier-free (automated).
