The wifi is not very good. When I stayed here a few years ago, the wifi was fast and very reliable. But now, the free wifi is not very good and you have to pay for proper internet, had I known this, I would have booked elsewhere.

Old-fashioned rooms with noise coming from tubes(?), I couldn't control the room temperature, poor WiFi.

There is no official parking! You can use the parking of the office park with direct access to elevator, but it is very expensive (47€ per night) That should be mentioned in the description!

Location is nice and the meals from restaurant were delicious. The room equipment shows bit of age.

The location and the view.it is closer to the train station and shopping centres. The view is scenic, overlooking the river.

There is apparently a sauna but this was hard to find, locked, and would have to ask staff to open up, not very convenient. No one at the entrance desk. But guess there was a reason for it. In any case, more personnel in those cases might help customers

The hotel location is great - in proximity to Danube Park, next to a metro station. The room was clean and spacious. Reception boy “Jan” is a great person, he is a hard worker and helped us a lot and answered all our questions and gave our needs. “Yasmin” as a supervisor is a great and helpful person.

Convenient for UNO city, direct coach link to airport, comfortable with room windows that can be opened for fresh air, excellent varied breakfast with healthy options, close to Kaiserwasser for open air swimming, plenty of jogging opportunities, some interesting greening initiatives, friendly/professional staff, pleasant bar etc etc

No private garage - you can use IZD Tower public garage (which is connected to the hotel), but the cost is about EUR 3.6 per hour (prices as of September 2022), capped at a daily maximum of EUR 48.6 (even though the daily rate on booking is listed at EUR 40) - if you are traveling by car and staying for a few days this might be a bit troublesome. Gym is really small and Wi-Fi in the room could be a bit faster.

Hotel location is great - in proximity to Danube park, next to a metro station, also quite close to the business district if you are traveling for work. Breakfast was really good and room was clean and spacious.

The tea cups are tiny and the tea bags and coffee were limited. There is no menu available at the restaurant so it is hard to make a decision about whether to eat. The beer price is crazy 15 € for a litre of beer. Across the road at the Shell station it is € 2.

Location was good for Ubahn and Vet school, It was quiet and convenient. The barman is a very interesting fit guy running marathons.

The hotel rooms and floors should be renovated. There is a (mostly worn) carpet all over the floors and rooms, the rooms could also be re-painted at some point. the bathrooms are ok but also old, e.g. an old bathtub with a high access, with the risk of slipping out.

The hotel is in walking distance to the Subway 1 which takes you direct to the city center. Further more, the "alte Donau" and the Donau Insel are very close (perfect for us as we came for the Afrika Tage on the Donau Insel. The rooms provide enough space, however the interior is fairly old and a littlebit shabby (e.g. old carpets throughout the hotel / rooms, bathrooms with old bathtubs), how ever all was clean. The breakfast was excellent as always at NH Hotels.

no water hose for cleaning on the toilet, only paper. checkout was disappointing, only one lady at the reception desk and longtime waiting in the queue.

very clean and convenient. Bed comfortable. sufficient soap and shower gels but also hand lotions. nice tea and coffee in the room. check in was perfect. well done Herr Jahn. great view on the danube river and the lake.
